Armed ‘ninja’ sister-wives caught trying to abduct Utah sex assault victim

The family of a 15-year-old witness in a Utah rape trial were shocked to find two of the defendant’s “wives” in their house late Thursday night dressed like “ninjas” and armed with knives and stun guns.

According to Salt Lake City’s Fox 13 News, a male relative of the 15-year-old girl — who is set to testify that she was sexually assaulted by the man on trial — heard a noise downstairs in their house late at night.

“I heard a creak, and there was silence for about 30 seconds,” said the man, who declined to be identified in order to protect the 15-year-old’s identity.


The home invasion took place during a violent thunderstorm, at first making the man believe that what he heard was normal noise from the storm. Sensing something was wrong, however, he went to the stairs.

“I went to the bottom of the stairs and saw a couple of ninjas coming down,” he recounted. “They were all dark gray or black, and they had black rubber gloves on and masks. All I could see was their eyes.”

Interesting story and wouldn't be the least bit surprised if end up hearing that the women were instructed to pull something like this off.

It seems like they planned the timing of the attack pretty darn well, or was it just a coincidence?

Some of these polygamist cults are no joke, women are trained from birth to obey their fathers/husbands at all times, it's sad really. Glad these two idiots got caught before they could do some real harm to somebody.

This story is literally insane, feel bad for the underage child. I'm also from Utah.
Also, it doesn't mention anywhere that they were mormon..They just had a polygamous relationship.

Poligamy, Utah, and the older version of the LDS religion, that some there still participate in, makes it probable they are from the older sect of Mormonism that still practices those traditions.

It maybe a stereotype but it's most like also a safe bet.

I'm not dissing it, I just can't handle more than one wife myself, or perhaps it's because she won't let me.
