Turkish Television Drama Filmed Back in February...look familiar at 0.33 seconds?

I believe they dress them in orange for the same reason they do it in gitmo and other prisons. It has a psychological effect on the prisoner. Have you ever noticed you feel different depending on what you are wearing? And its also something to do with all the prisoners wearing the same "uniform". Again, psychological effects.

Also, if they try to escape, bright orange will be easier to see when they have to find him, and theres no chance of trying to slip away from them pretending to just be another jihadist or someone other than a prisoner.

They are learning from western society. Which makes sense if they were armed and trained by western society, but Im not positive on the extent of that but it appears there was at least some involvement whether intentional or a blunder...

Nobody mentioned it but in about 1:03 you can also see a similarity between the trailer and the "Flames of War" trailer ISIS released just two days ago:

I tried to locate the actual scene though without success... The name of the TV series is Kurtlar vadisi which also appears in the trailer for that episode (230), so it seems legit. Most likely this TV series was an inspiration for ISIS.

Why not? The terrorist who've made it delivered a message to the west here in the language they can understand, this was obviously not to entertain the locals...

That trailer appears to be a message/threat to the West. Therefore, I think it is in English for obvious reasons. It's like if I'm trying to get a message across to a Spanish audience I would write in Spanish. Also, English is one of the top 3 most spoken languages in the world, so to have it written in English would really do something for their global exposure.. Just my opinion.

For those unable to watch, it has a scene where an ISIS looking character, has a guy in an orange jump suit, and is preparing to behead him. Looks WAY to similar, even the man getting executed looks a lot like Jim Foley. I do not personally believe in coincidence.

Very Interesting find. Could be the most important discovery in a while. Add the similarity of the text, and it was surely done by the same person, this video and the Isis videos. This will probably be on the major news networks later today. (We all know that they get a lot of their content here, they let us do their work of digging for stories.)

Yeah, but they haven't made another since 2011 - and there are zero announcements about a new 2014 series that I can find anywhere.

Some unknown person making a statement in the comments section is not the same as a fact. I cannot find anything that resembles fact associated with any possibility of a new 2014 series because this one is not any of their old shows and has not been aired yet.

So some sort of announcement of a new series outside of this one clip would be able to be found (they have a wiki page for goodness sake just for that sort of thing) - or at least some fact concerning this having been aired somewhere - since according to you and the person in the comments section it was filmed back in February.

Anyone with a bit of skill could throw together a 1 min 23 sec trailer. I'd like to see more concerning fact.

I've done some digging. The trailer is for the new season of the TV show, Valley of the Wolves: Ambush.

American actor Andy Garcia arrived in Turkey on, or just prior to, 4 September 2014 to begin filming for the 1st episode. This link states his part will take 3 or 4 days to film.

On the lead actor's facebook page, there are stills from the trailer showing the orange jumpsuit scene, posted 29 August and 6 September.

The Foley beheading was c. 19 August 2014.

This seems to be a morbid case of art imitating current events.

I was going to ask then I saw your post, if there are similarities between the IS video as well. When I posted one of their videos I couldn't help notice it looked and felt like a video game cut scene, or at the very least a promotional piece for a really bad TV Show.

Hmmm... odd. There is inspiration and then there is an editors fingerprint. When it comes to editing and film production everyone has their own style, and these two are very similar...

When we talk about the Middle East, he has very much the view that many people on ATS and I have, that both the Turkish and American governments, among others, are very focused at any cost on getting Assad out. He even told me that the Turkish government and Americans tried to blame an attack on a Turkish town on Assad to justify more funding or even military action, but then it turned out to be the FSA, funded and trained by the Turks, Americans, Saudis, Qataris, etc. The Turkish people are waking up to all of this, and many Americans are too, but not enough.

Wow, the similarities are uncanny.

What does this mean?

1. The same producer who made the TV show made the beheading videos?

2. ISIS copied the TV shows formula?

3. Coincidence? Both independently made their footage and they are the very similar.

4. Maybe, this is all part of the plan? To create confusion?

I say with technology and special effects getting better and better, it is getting harder and harder to determine what is real and what is a hoax.

Wow!! Great find, thank you so much for that!!! I think there is definitely a correlation between the two. In the link it said "same director", but I was not sure if that was just an assumption of fact. I wonder if we can find info on that somehow? Again, great find there

Very interesting perspective from a firsthand account. I have always wondered what the general consensus was of non-americans in other countries. I heard somewhere that at the time, 80% of Afghans had never even heard about or knew about 9/11. I am glad to hear that not everybody thinks we TRUE AMERICANS have lost all control of our country by the hands of these corrupt banking cartels, corporations, and war hungry, crooked "politicians".

Fantastic work!!! I really thought we were on to something here, this pretty much blows it all out of the water....Something else I had noticed in the stills of the "real" and the trailer pics, the "real" ones the guy is grabbing the shoulder area of the suit in a fist. In the trailer, the man has his hand gently placed on his shoulder, flat. Wow, thank you for bursting our bubble, I really thought we were on to something!! Move along folks, shows over, nothing to see here....

I still would like to know WHEN those clips were filmed, it does say that Garcia will be filming the parts he is in...I know the other actors FB page the still was on the 6th of Sept., but we must be sure WHEN it was filmed.
