Do you realize that the money this guy is going to collect from insurance -will be paid by you and every person, who is insured?
Around year after September 11 events I got a letter from my insurance company. I found out there that because of increasing risk of terrorist attacks my annual fee will grow around 5%.
I didn�t have a chance to agree or not - that was already fact I had to deal with.

To answer your question - yes I would like to collect my insurance, but in this case I believe his rights to collect it are quite questionable -
