Okay, this is a really good documentary about what I said about Mary Magdalene. Her lost book, and her role in Jesus' life begins at the 18:55 mark, but I hope you watch the entire video, if your serious in learning about the beginnings of Christianity, and the lies passed down... Not all of it are lies, but so much was left out that Jesus didn't intend to keep from us.

I was only able to watch the 2nd video. It's my fault, I have bad internet.

However, I will certainly look up the "lost literature of Mary Magdalene" thank you for showing me something new to learn

In the Gospels, Jesus indeed credited Mary with the greatest deed of all the disciples and at one time, rebuked the other disciples for they did not understand what Mary did.

The other close disciple of Jesus was "John, the Beloved of Christ" - the most likely author of the Gospel of John since he actually wrote down their "adventures" with Jesus.

I would sometimes think that there are similarities in behavior between John the beloved and Mary Magdalene, particularly, both their affectionately childlike behavior towards Jesus.

I sometimes think they are the same person or that John the beloved is actually a child.

That was another thread here on ATS, where the discussion was about John the Beloved possibly being a woman. If I remember correctly, they were debating if this could have been Mary Magdalene.

I don't remember the title of the thread... sorry.

No problem.

What matters to me is that there's something mysterious about the two being the favorites of Jesus. That they seemed to have interacted with Jesus on an equal level, as a close friend to another, not as a subject to his/her God.

I am absolutely sure that the two are 100% human just that they knew exactly the Word so Jesus treated them as equals.

Anyway, I found this, looks good!:

Instead of using the name of Jesus ........ many people are called Jesus. Try using our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ.

This clearly identifies who you are talking about.
