Dutch artist turns his dead cat into a radio controlled helicopter

Aircraft Projects seemed like the purrfect place to set this up. I almost fell off my chair when I saw this. They say art imitates life. In this case it imitates the life-less. WTF

Orville-copter


A Dutch artist named Bart, turned the body of his dead cat Orville into the Orville-copter, a radio-controlled flying cat hybrid. Just look at all that emotion! He seriously looks as confused as we all are.


The videos are too much! Bart says for the cat's birthday he will receive a more powerful engine and larger props to help him take to the skies!


His story will be featured on a new show called "All Creatures Great and Stuffed".

I don't like it. I'd much prefer to see the cat taxi dermied and sitting in a corner somewhere. Maybe sitting next to an Angel sculpture or something.

I can't understand why we are supposed to show respect to our dead human friends but dead loyal animal friends can be treated like trash to play with as we will.
