Just woke up from an odd one with a truly amazing headache.

The dream was odd, about a little girl's birthday party. Nothing really interesting going on there other than presents and cake and a bunch of kids running around, but off in the corner sitting by himself just drinking tea or something was General Washington during his revolutionary war era.

The funny thing is, my dreaming self didn't even really notice him. It was only after waking upon recollecting the dream that his presence stood out as shocking to my mind. This makes me wonder, does anyone else have cameo appearances in their dreams? I don't think this has ever happened to me before. Is my subconscious becoming so bored with the tedium of dreaming that it is figuring out new ways to mix things up.

Oh, also, apparently, my mind thinks George Washington is pale with rosy cheeks and bright white curly hair with small little locks. I mean, I understood who he was meant to be, but he looked more like a vampiric Santa Clause than George Washington other than the blue general's uniform.

I get them all the time, the most common one being Ellen D.. She pops in about once a month give or take. Have no idea why though.

I had a dream a while back that I was dating young Doris Day. We were in a hallway in a hotel when a small group of fans surrounded us and started asking her questions. She shyly and quietly answered them while we tried to make our way outside.

I have no idea why I had that dream, but it was interesting
