It is simple Johnny is bad and will always be bad.
I think he had potential, and has potential, to be above average quarterback. I think the biggest reason for his failure, is not taking the league
and this moment in his life as seriously as he should have/could have. I.e. the partying, the commercials, the late nights out. Acting as if he has
'made it somewhere', 'done something', 'achieved something', when he hasnt. He should have been locked in a room with his team, studying
playbooks, waking up, working out, throwing the ball, getting ever better. That is, if he cared about his legacy, his talent, and football above all
else, and could say, 'hey, I can party later, when the seasons over, I really care about being the best football player I can be'. I think he
thought " I am the best quarterback, everyone loves me, I think it, everyone thinks it, NFL will be easy". Boom, reality check. Lets see how he
responds, if he is truly a competitor, truly a champ, truly a lover of the game, or if he is just a lucky kid who had a way to make a few quick
millions.
