You made mention of muskets and the 2nd Amendment, why not approach health insurance the same way?

What 'fact' are you basing this on? The United States Supreme Court has already weighed in on what 'arms' are considered to be in regards the Second Amendment.

I would say it is an accurate assessment. Americans choose the right for everyone to have guns, therefore creating a society fearful of anyone else with a gun which then brings on more stronger calls to keep guns etc etc.

I do not live in a country that is fearful of everyone else having a gun, you do.
