Are you saying that the fact blacks are over-represented in jails is not a reflection of social judgments? And their lack of social/professional contacts and money for legal fees? ....It's a complex reality and while medical issues may be partly to blame, I seriously doubt it's the whole explanation.

ETA: Everything mutates and evolves - even if a disease was engineered with racial specificity, it would quickly evolve to infect everyone once it was loose in the world. So how dumb is that?

You could also say that there are 3 times as many blacks in jail as whites in areas heavily infested with gasoline engine vehicles.

You could also say that there are 3 times as many blacks in jail as whites in areas where there is a higher concentration of ozone pollution.

You could also say that there are 3 times as many blacks in jail as whites in areas of high population density.

There are a number of other scenarios one could come up with as well.
