Have you identified it yet ?

Is it a dedicated attack on ATS ? or is it far more reaching ?

I have struggled all day -both on android and home internet.!

Is it just a US thing - is ATS a target of nefariousness ?

Or is it global ? I have heard actual Chinese whispers !! ( Can't reveal sources ! )
