Help! It's me, Ladyinwaiting

Well this is a fine state of affairs. I haven't logged in in a while, so I was told I needed a new password. Done. Then got the message that my email address wasn't found. Uh oh. I've gotten a new computer since the last time I logged in. Remembered my old address, and got the message that a temp password was being sent to me. Ouch. I forgot. The old email address doesn't exist anymore.

Can anyone help me get my old identity back? Or am I doomed to fakefakefake forever?

Can anybody do anything about this? Sniff.

Is this one of those Jekyll and Hyde cases? If you get the password back you can talk to yourself on threads with the second identity.

I lost my old password a while back. Created a new username, and wrote staff about trying to get into my old account. Never heard a word from them. Months passed, then one day, when not even thinking of it, my old password popped into my head! Now I am back on my old original username! You may be lucky and have the same thing happen.
Up under the username, put in your old one, so old friends will know it's you........ Good Luck! Syx.

Hiya LiW, I can hardly believe it's been so long since you've posted around here.

You can email the admin and see what they can do. A couple of verifiers and you'll be able to return to the old account.

People often lose email addresses for various reasons, not even sure if the one I used is still active

So, what would be considered suitable verifiers? Is there somewhere within our profile pages where we can enter something thats not seen by other members that would be acceptable?
