I think they have tried with fake Anonymous video statements, though I doubt they are vulnerable to being infiltrated like other social movements in the past. So far the only tactic against them has been slander and a few isolated arrests of 'hactivists'.
The fact is the masses no longer have faith in the government and police state for justice so there is a need for a superhero in a figurative way. In some ways Anonymous has filled this role. Some applaud their actions, some even consider them an extremist movement.
I personally think the Anonymous movement is more likely to infiltrate those trying to infiltrate them than being infiltrated.

Those 'secure' networks that were 'hacked' were likely anything but secure. Perhaps anonymous exposed some vulnerabilities that needed patching up.
I remember some time ago that the FBI busted a couple of hackers that may have had ties to anonymous and made an announcement that they caught those responsible and anonymous was done. It only took a few hours before the FBI was hacked after that announcement.
And they obviously got back in, but what impact did it have.. Did Anon accomplish anything but busting through a firewall? I guess I just can not see any firm agenda coming from them. And the fact that they could be fed disinformation is high.
