Inside Ferguson: What you're NOT being told

At least two of the out of state troublemakers are going to be arrested when they go back to there home state.

They were on probation or parole and had not ask permission to leave the state they are from.

Some states like calif sometimes do not violate people on probation or parole till the end of there probation or parole.
They will then call the person on probation or parole into the probation or parole office to sign some papers.
They are then arrested for the probation or parole violation and sent back to jail.
Then they are put back on probation or parole.

Many people on probation or parole do not find this out till its to late.
