I see this morning that Max Keiser, who I believe Alex Jones thought actually started Bitcoin originally, has been interviewed in studio and the YouTube video of it was posted today, "The Bitcoin Revolution with Max Keiser."

I heard Max Keiser say that Bitcoin can be used as a currency, but that primarily, its utility is to send money overseas on the internet for virtually no cost.

I think Max Keiser knows what he's talking about if the subject is finance. His background on Wall Street taught him a lot, and I think his heart is in the right place.

I dunno if Max Keiser really knows what he's talking about beyond just trying to sound exciting and dramatic. Because sending money overseas on the internet for virtually no cost? has he not heard of Paypal?

That payment system that... I'd be amazed if there are many people now who don't have Paypal accounts.

I would wager that Keiser has a vested interest in talking up Bitcoin (and Gold) for that matter, due to his significant investments in Bitcoins and Gold.

Brrr AJ and Bitcoin in one sentence...

AJ his sole task is to portray conspiracy people as NUTS. Bitcoin has already been linked to terrorist groups because its "untraceable".

That guys isn't fighting the cause, well he is, but not ours.

Yes but I believe Paypal will deny use under certain circumstances?

And, competition is the name of the game.

Max Keiser is a wealthy individual due to his own ingenuity and smarts and I don’t think he needs to push Bitcoin to make a buck.

Also, my intuition, after listening to many interviews of him and him on his own show, is that this man’s heart is in the right place.

I think you're drinking the Kool-Aid, so to speak, in that you're believing the meme put out there by New World Order advocates:

AJ his sole task is to portray conspiracy people as NUTS.

AJ had an opportunity to show the world, that believing in a conspiracy doesn't automatically make you nuts. That questioning the official word isn't a bad thing.

What did he do, he went all berserk and shamed us all. Intentionally? I think so, the guy still hasn't had any "accident".
Most people will know what opportunity i'm talking about.

Because he's not dead he's working for the NWO?

Is that what you're basing your opinion on?

Nope, didn't imply that, lets just say if AJ was on "our" side he would be a direct threat to the United States. AJ could assemble an army in a matter of hours if he wanted to. The one thing this guy is good at as making us all look like crazy people.

The guy is basically running a cult.

Assemble an army?

Are you saying there's a danger that he will start a shooting war?

And you say "if."

Which is it, in your opinion? Is he on the side of freedom, in his heart, or not?

And he has more to offer than just his expertise on finance.

He has a very educated view on how finance affects international affairs. Here is the video capturing the part of the interview which covers that, "Conquest By Counterfeit Fiat Currency, Military Force":

Big Moneys are investing in Bitcoins.. why is a valid question. Dollar is not steady currency and when it comes to US debt, Dollars real value have been fading away. Markets dont trust dollar anymore, countries don´t trust dollar and more and more deals are made in other currencies. Russia for example is strickly making deals in rubles to keep its value and protecting its competitiveness.
Bitcoin is not a scam, if you are afraid of someone´s bankcrupsy and vanishing bitcoins then you have not heard about paper and sofware wallets of bitcoin.
Sure there are some criminals who uses bitcoin but so is with dollar and any other currency too.

"We're seeing a high level of interest from principals who work at Wall Street firms, traders, portfolio managers, who are investing personally in Bitcoin, and it's my expectation that it's only a matter of time before institutional money starts moving into Bitcoin," said Barry Silbert, chief executive officer of New York trading firm SecondMarket, creator of the Bitcoin Investment Trust hedge fund.

No No, i'm not saying he would start a shooting war, i'm saying that he would be classified as a threat to the national security because he could. The amount of followers this guy has is insane, and some more obsessed with him then others. ( it wouldn't surprise me one bit if some people thought his a damn messiah )

And if we know one thing, the "conspiracy" crowd is easily manipulated, because they WANT to believe.
Like I said, half the time this guy sounds more like a cult leader then anything else.

Which is it, in your opinion? Is he on the side of freedom, in his heart, or not?

In his heart? No, money corrupts, and I think at one point he went from fighting the cause to making money from it.
Is he working with the government? I think he is, I have no proof of this.

AJ has a trend : He shows up everywhere and instead of talking some sense in people he riles them up. And because of that he is helping the government in deeming us as a threat to national security.

The amount of followers this guy has is insane . . .

Why are you using the word "insane"?

And if we know one thing, the "conspiracy" crowd is easily manipulated, because they WANT to believe.

I take it that does not include you?

How would you describe yourself in this regard?

In his heart? No, money corrupts, and I think at one point he went from fighting the cause to making money from it.

Let me make sure I understand.

You think that he started out sincere but has had a change of heart?

You think he does not talk sense when he’s in person with a crowd, but rather appeals to emotions and stirs people up irrationally?

limited vocabulary.

I want to believe, first rule EVERYONE is susceptible manipulation. For some its Muslims, for others its kids being hurt. I just haven't found mine yet. ( To clarify I'm sure I can be manipulated like everyone else )

You think that he started out sincere but has had a change of heart?
yup

How do we get bitcoin?

Is it viable if the world markets crash?

There are many websites that sell/buy BTC. Here is one I would recommend.

Yes BTC should be viable if the world market hits the pooper, since it's not linked to a centralized power. How that would go down? I have no idea. But I'd prefer to have some BTC stashed somewhere if that were to happen. Or some gold/silver.

I believe so because it has no central bank behind it.

Then what or who is backing its value?

How do we know that it is stable without backing of some sort?

you could say gold but who or what is holding that gold to which it is valued?

Currency of any kind has to be backed some where by some one or organization.
