Just heard on the scanner about 20 subjects with white face paint, officers going to check it out.

If this turns out to be a thing, I'll be surprised that it's already happening. This sort of social sickness will definitely happen before humanity finally climbs up the ladder but... I always figured it would be right before a climatic change.

Busiest I've ever seen it.
So far mainly unconfirmed reports.

Possibly lots of people keeping other people busy, for their own reasons.
Hope no one who actually needs help doesn't get it because idiots playing games.

Some of the reports do sound legit though, so I guess we wait.
