I don't really post that much and im kind of new. From what i have seen there are some conspiracies that we are not allowed to talk about for the safety of us all. Things like some sandy hook conspiracies and No plane theories are off limits. Could someone please provide me a list of unapproved conspiracy theories? I waned to start a thread about the increase in internet censorship and I touch on some things and i just wanted to make sure that nothing i was going to write is forbidden by the moderators.

Sneaky deaky. Most conspiracy's are allowed if not all.

As long as you :

Don't deny holocaust
Don't talk about experiment drugs or how they can save ebola if you try
Don't start messing up people's lives because peoplez on the interweb have proof
No racist undertone.

You know, basic courtesy and respect to your fellow human.

I see loads of threads get deleted even when I can't see anything out of order myself.
One only a few days ago was about a woman allegedly encouraging her daughter to attack/fight with a fast food outlet employee. I was annoyed that the effort I put into my reply in that thread was a total waste of time, but hey, it is not a democracy on ATS, it is a private concern run by private individuals, and I support their right to delete whatever they wish.

If you want total freedom to express your views you need to start your own online forum, or even your own ISP if your views are particularly controversial. That's life in a 'free' world.

I never said anything about wanting total freedom or anything like that. I just want a simple list of things im not allowed to talk about. I know its a private forum and i also support their right to delete what they want. I just don't want my stuff deleted so i want to know the forbidden topics.

Well i'd suggest if you have a topic run it by a moderator first or admin.

There are very few topics that will get you in trouble... review T and C for those.

Sandy Hook, 9/11 etc. are not off limits, except when people start making wild off of the wall speculation, blatant hoaxes, or stating things that disrespect the victims and thier families. Pretty simple

You will never know if you are not admin or staff of the site, and I'd be surprised if any admin/staff/mod provides any definitive advice in this thread..
Post whatever it is you have as a burning issue, and if it stays up for a day or two then it's probably OK, but like I said, I've seen loads of threads shut/deleted and I couldn't see any reason why myself.
Politics exist everywhere, including privately owned websites.

Clever way of getting you point across.

I guess you like others on here don't have enough common sense to know what is morally right and what is not.
When an event has freshly taken so many lives and sometimes many children's lives why not keep dragging it through the mud....Why give the survivors and the parents of dead children a peace of mind.

Whether you believe it was a conspiracy or not their kids are still dead.

Some people are so emotionally detached they can't see that real people suffer when a loved one dies needlessly. It's pretty much the same mind set the person has who shoots a bunch of kids....No regards for other people.

Wow some people are thick, im not trying to get any point across or say anything. I have repeated what i want a few times now. I don't understand what people are not understanding here...

I understand your basic and obvious question, but the only definitive answer you could ever get is from the staff and that is unlikely to happen here. 'Crimes' are discussed in the staff forum as they arise, so what you may think is an innocent topic may well develop into one which is 'canned' for no reason as far as you may see it.

Read the T&Cs and follow the T&Cs. That is the only advice and answer anyone can give you.

The simple answer is to not make a thread about it and just run what you want to make by a mod.
But to try and answer what you want it seems that the theories of no deaths at SHES, with is understandable, No planes at 9/11 and that the holocaust never happened.
Those are the only ones I have seen targeted.
Oh and mention of crisis actors is kinda a 50/50 of it will be allowed to be talked about.

Nope, post it and see if it survives the backroom decisions of staff is valid advice.
I've seen posts deleted which did not breach any rules in the T & C's as far as I could see.
That is fine with me of course, if I owned the site I would do as I wished sometimes as well, even if I could only find some weak rule to quote from my own arbritary self composed T&C's - ATS is not a democracy, it is a privately run enterprise and I chuckle at the occasional members who actually bitch about it sometimes. Create your own site is the obvious answer to those who are whining.

Things like some sandy hook conspiracies

Because… lowlifes.

When the topic was breaking, too many people were spamming personal information of victim's families. We clamped down, the same people tried to make their points by spamming harder…. to the point where no Sandy Hook thread could run properly without the madness.

No plane theories

Because… hoaxers.

The "no plane" crowd, of which there used to be many here, were offered the opportunity to prove their theories using original source videos, not badly degraded YouTube videos. ATS even offered to pay for the original source material. They kept spamming with poor quality source material, point never properly proven. So it's now officially a hoax topic.

Billy Meier UFO topics add to, what I recall, are the only three topics that get automatic classification.

Sandyhook is a tricky subject around these parts.

It depends how deep your topic goes into that. Would you be trying to prove any one side of the story? Or would your topic be more general in nature? Also if you try to talk about ATS censoring topics you'll end up on the wrong end of the mods haha.

Basically anything that gets out of hand emotionally or points fingers at certain members or practices is a no no.

That's really about it, and some 9/11 stuff.

Obviously drug talk is also a no no even though it is one of the more important topics in my mind. As are all things consciousness related. But anyway.

Don't link to sites ATS doesn't like. GLP.. Don't hoax anything.

You'll be fine. Almost everything stays up here. I've been under much worse boards and much worse mods. I feel pretty free to say almost everything I have ever wanted to here minus a little sandyhook, and a little consciousness topics, but whatever.

We have a few other topics that the community accepts as a hoaxes and, as such, these threads are moved to the hoax forum. These include SERPO, Blossom Goodchild, NESARA (yes Dove of oneness, I mean you), Galactic Federation and the most recent one that I can recall involved some woman who was claiming we were all owed a trillion dollars (yes, pinky is in my lip) in gold and it would be delivered at some future date.

For the most part, when someone starts a thread on a topic that has been beaten to death here, the members will let you know about it and they will alert the staff who will then look into the thread and determine if a move needs to be made.

With regards to deleting a thread, that doesn't happen too often, unless it is an absolute mess and actioning the posts would result in a totally disjointed, incomprehensible mess.

I totally agree with you about tragedies such as that, it was horrible.
...but if we were having a pint together I would have a shockingly raised eyebrow if you tried telling me that no threads are ever deleted for spurious reasons by staff.
That's fine of course as it isn't a democracy, I have no problem with that reality...just any denial that owner/staff privilege is not taken advantage of is a bit lame don't you think?
