Adam and Eve ate the snake?

Did Adam and Eve eat the snake? Is the snake or its flesh what led to the tree of knowledge for humans? Eating protein is supposed to have given our ancestors a brain boost.

You might find this odd but after watching many episodes of Naked and Afraid it occurred to me after watching so many of them starve until they killed and ate a snake that maybe Adam and Eve did the same and that the snake it self led to the tree of knowledge by providing protein to give our brains a chance to grow much larger. Seems snakes are a ready source of protein that is fairly easy for humans or our ancestors to have acquired.

It was this new meat diet, full of densely-packed nutrients, that provided the catalyst for human evolution, particularly the growth of the brain. Meat-eating was essential for human evolution, says UC Berkeley anthropologist specializing in diet

So perhaps the bible has more truth to it than some of us believe when you look at the verses from a realistic point of view rather than mysticism and magic.

Maybe they were just tempted to eat the snake, and did, which led to human intelligence.

I don't believe eating meat is what made man recognize consciousness. That is my opinion only. It is interesting to connect it to Adam and Eve.

I would say they are the result of DNA test by a more evolved people.

If they cooked it then surely God would have spotted they smoke coming from the garden, right?

Maybe it was struck by lightening but raw is not unheard of. I am not sure if God was watching or not?

Maybe realistic is not the best word to use. Maybe a rational point of view works better?

maybe they tried roasted snake but I think the Genesis story is about something else.

there have been several Genesis stories discovered already from different time periods/civilizations

some people suggest the story came from another planet and was updated here to suit tptb agenda

The snake was a Description used it appears. Did the described appear as a Serpent? not sure if the actual characteristics carried were snake like or just description placed upon...

To 1 subjectively Adam & Eve were possibly exposed to something that alerted their Awareness level of things going on they before being aware had no concept of...

Not sure I do remember reading about possible androgynous potentials in "early prototypes" and eventually Adam wanted or was said to of wanted a different mate and so changes were made to the Designs from a multi-faced being to single face/ split genetics... Another Conspiracy associated with the creation of man genetics processes.

the serpent is a title for satan. the tree of knowledge of good and evil is also a symbol for satan. Adam and Eve did not eat of the tree in that manner. But Eve had a child by the Serpent. again the serpent was not an actual serpent. Cains geneology does not contain adam and adam's line of descent did not include cain. Geneology is very important to Jewish and proto Jewish cultural tradition. when Eve had Abel she continued in labor and bore cain. they were fraternal twins with different fathers. they celebrated thier day of majority on the same day.

God told the serpent there will be emnity between your seed and her seed. it's the first messianic prophesy. Jesus told certain of his persecutors that they were of thier father the devil that he was a murderer and liar from the start and the father of it. Cains first real act in the bible was to Murder Abel. His (The Serpent) seed murdered her seed. If the serpent could destroy her seed he could prevent God's plan of salvation from being valid. fortunately she later bore Seth to continue the bloodline.

basically all the stuff that you read in the OT that shocks the conscious was a direct result of the interaction of the fore bearers of Christ with the offspring of cain or in some cases the gibur or offspring of fallen angels of the order of watchers.

The snake lived inside of the mind of Adam and Eve who were actually one being. When all of them ate of the fruit together, they disintegrated into the beings we know today.
