No it exists, at least on the internet, it's supposed to be Arabic meaning a loving woman. Jihad an Islamic term, is a religious duty of Muslims. In Arabic, the word jihād translates as a noun meaning "struggle" or "resisting".

So basically Jihadists are sacrificing for those who are pampered.
