The whole of Gaza's civilian population is being punished for acts for which they bear no responsibility. The closure therefore constitutes a collective punishment imposed in clear violation of Israel's obligations under international humanitarian law .
Collective punishments is a form of retaliation whereby a (..) neighbours or entire ethnic group is targeted. The punished group may often have no direct association with the other individuals or groups, or direct control over their actions. (..) Historically, occupying powers have used collective punishment to retaliate against and deter attacks on their forces by resistance movements (e.g. destroying entire towns and villages where such attacks have occurred.)

Children's bodies are in ice cream freezers... Dead children, babies in ice cream freezers waiting for their time to go to their new beds, their graves... They are babies. I can't calm down. Little children, babies who should be lined up in front of an ice cream truck to buy ice creams are in ice cream freezers as there is no space in the morgues of Gaza. Children who should be playing in kindergartens are now statistics on the reports of child mortalities in Gaza.
If you say nothing when a Knesset member, Ayelet Shakeed, shared on her Facebook wall that the Palestinian mothers should follow their sons to their death or more "little snakes" will be raised, they kill mothers with their little children. If you don't stand up against implicit genocide calls, they stand up for explicit calls one after another. If you don't criticize Sderot cinema images showing cheering Israelis with popcorn as Gaza is pounded by Israeli missiles, they grow more arrogant and write op-ed's claiming that there is no such thing as an innocent civilian in Gaza. They are killing babies and their bodies, which are now in ice cream freezers, await their graves.
If you are fooled once, the burden is on the ones who fooled you but if you are fooled twice this is on you. Dead children's bodies are in ice cream freezers. If this isn't a war crime, then what is? Are you waiting for ice cream trucks?
Resulting from a Palestinian-initiated U.N. resolution, the International Court of Justice considered that "Israel cannot rely on a right of self-defence or on a state of necessity in order to preclude the wrongfulness of the construction of the wall". The Court asserted that "the construction of the wall, and its associated régime, are contrary to international law".
The Court found both the barrier and the associated regime that had been imposed on the Palestinian inhabitants is illegal, and said that an occupying power cannot claim that the lawful inhabitants of the occupied territory constitute a "foreign" threat for the purposes of Article 51 of the UN Charter.
The Court cited illegal interference by the government of Israel with the Palestinian's national right to self-determination; and land confiscations, house demolitions, the creation of enclaves, and restrictions on movement and access to water, food, education, health care, work, and an adequate standard of living in violation of Israel's obligations under international law.
The Court also said that Israeli settlements had been established and that Palestinians had been displaced in violation of Article 49, paragraph 6, of the Fourth Geneva Convention. (..) The UN Fact Finding Mission and several UN Rapporteurs subsequently said that in the movement and access policy there has been a violation of the right not to be discriminated against on the basis of race or national origin.
In February 1989 at the United Nations Security Council, the PLO representative acknowledged that 94 states had recognised the new Palestinian state. It subsequently attempted to gain membership as a state in several agencies connected to the United Nations, but its efforts were thwarted by U.S. threats to withhold funding from any organisation that admitted Palestine.
Consequently,in November 1989, the Arab League proposed a General Assembly resolution to formally recognise the PLO as the government of an independent Palestinian state. The draft, however, was abandoned when the U.S. again threatened to cut off its financing for the United Nations should the vote go ahead.
"The state of Israel must invent dangers, and to do this it must adopt the methods of provocation and revenge... And above all, let us hope for a new war with the Arab countries so that we may finally get rid of our troubles and acquire our space." -- From the diary of Moshe Sharett, Israeli's first Foreign Minister from 1948-1956, and Prime Minister from 1954-1956.
"There is no humane or legal justification for the way the Israeli Defense Forces are conducting this war. Israeli bombs, missiles, and artillery have pulverized large parts of Gaza, including thousands of homes, schools, and hospitals. More than 250,000 people have been displaced from their homes in Gaza. Hundreds of Palestinian noncombatants have been killed. Much of Gaza has lost access to water and electricity completely. This is a humanitarian catastrophe.
There is never an excuse for deliberate attacks on civilians in conflict. These are war crimes. This is true for both sides. Hamas’s indiscriminate targeting of Israeli civilians is equally unacceptable. However, three Israeli civilians have been killed by Palestinian rockets, while an overwhelming majority of the 1,600 Palestinians killed have been civilians, including more than 330 children. The need for international judicial proceedings to investigate and end these violations of international law should be taken very seriously.

Hamas is just as guilty as Israel. You do know Israel is directing their attacks at Hamas and no the Palestinian people right?
You speak of genocide...I don't think you know what that word means so I'd stop using it if I were you.
It's also funny that the same bias you claim these MSM networks as having, is actually completely the opposite the way I look at it.
Hypothetical question, if Israel stopped it's assault on Hamas, (or the Palestinian people as you wrongly put it) and Hamas turned around and destroyed all of Israel. Would you be for it? Because that's what would happen.
What did you learn here?

So what would you call killing hundreds of innocent defenseless women and children? business as usual?...Are you trying to justify a regime that constantly abuses it's power by murdering civilians?..If more people start to think like you there will never be a piece on earth. An spoiled bully who keeps taking advantage of the others must be dealt with accordingly one way or another,it is as simple as that.

"The failure of civilians to abide by warnings does not make them lawful targets of attack," says Human Rights Watch Middle East director Sarah Leah Whitson, "and deliberately attacking them is a war crime."
Human Rights Watch, along with local groups such as al-Mezan Centre for Human Rights and the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights, are investigating several incidents between July 23 and 25 when, local residents said, Israeli forces opened fire on civilians trying to flee Khuza'a. There were no Palestinian fighters present at the time and no firefights were taking place, the witnesses said.
Another family - the Najjar family - has reported that the first man to leave the house on the orders of Israeli soldiers, Shadid al-Najjar, was shot in the jaw, Human Rights Watch said.
In yet another incident, also on July 23, Israeli soldiers fired on a group of civilians who had been told to leave their home in Khuza'a, killing Mohammed al-Najjar, a witness said.
