First let's be clear about THE PLAN for Genocide from Moshe Feiglin, the Deputy Speaker of the Knesset and a member of the governing Likud party. (there multiple verifiable sources here.

After the uprising against that and start of the ceasefire, he gives the following interview to CNN:

Did the Israeli member of the governing Likud party just compared Palestinians to Germany and Japanese in the WWII?
Listen at 07:30 mark :

The Germans in Dresden and the "Chinese?!" in Nagasaki would love to get such an offer - to leave there homeland or to be kept in concentration camps - before they were bombed by the British and the Americans."

Are you Serious!?! How brutal this regime is? Isn't this totally and openly condemned by International law?

Now if we go to mark 03:00 minutes to 04:10, you will notice the Media Blackout.

Notice the opportunities given to the Israeli to clearly answer a simple question? Three to four, and he wasn’t cut off.

What about the Palestinian guy? He had only one chance to reply and when we was about to explain the Palestinian point view, he was cut off!

Now back to the interview and genocide mater. This Israeli Government member says:

"I'm talking again of the must human away of winning a war"

A WAR??? I don't see two army's fighting. I see a resistance to Israeli military strikes and aggression, resistance to occupation, resistance to physical, medical, food, water, power and economic enclosure. So no war here, only Israelis trying to suffocate a ethnic group.

Here’s another lie completely reversed, he says:

"When you give these people money, billions and billions of dollars; they don't build homes, kindergartens, they don't build any kind of economy, all they do is to bring bloodshed into the region
."

This totally is the opposite, the ones who are bringing the bloodshed, I could say by factor of 1:1000, is the Israeli. The ones who are receiving 3 billion dollar’s aid a year from the US - not mention heavy military equipment and extra funding support - are the Israelis.

The Government member goes on further:

"There will be only Peace in the region under full sovereignty of Israel."

How can anyone (a people or nation) engage in peace talk with another one in these terms? Let's be serious!! Are we talking about slaves?? No it's worse than that, is genocide, nothing more.

And the plan it's set to go, like he said:

" It's the must Human away and the only Plan that will bring Peace"

Are you serious, Genocide is the must Human away??

Shell we not forget the anticipation of their plan on the Israeli Times

Now about the War Crimes under the Geneva Conventions

Let's quote ICRC - International Committee of the Red Cross in a article published at 14-06-2010

The whole of Gaza's civilian population is being punished for acts for which they bear no responsibility. The closure therefore constitutes a collective punishment imposed in clear violation of Israel's obligations under international humanitarian law .

And the atrocities committed at time you all can read it there.

Under the 1949 Geneva Conventions, collective punishment is a war crime.

War crime n.º1, violation of Article 33 of Geneva Conventions - IV

Collective punishments is a form of retaliation whereby a (..) neighbours or entire ethnic group is targeted. The punished group may often have no direct association with the other individuals or groups, or direct control over their actions. (..) Historically, occupying powers have used collective punishment to retaliate against and deter attacks on their forces by resistance movements (e.g. destroying entire towns and villages where such attacks have occurred.)

I'm certain that more laws were violated.
I urge for those of want justice to contribute with their knowledge and publish what they find about this matter.

This is what Zionism is. No humanity.

Dead Gazan babies in ice cream freazers.

Children's bodies are in ice cream freezers... Dead children, babies in ice cream freezers waiting for their time to go to their new beds, their graves... They are babies. I can't calm down. Little children, babies who should be lined up in front of an ice cream truck to buy ice creams are in ice cream freezers as there is no space in the morgues of Gaza. Children who should be playing in kindergartens are now statistics on the reports of child mortalities in Gaza.

If you say nothing when a Knesset member, Ayelet Shakeed, shared on her Facebook wall that the Palestinian mothers should follow their sons to their death or more "little snakes" will be raised, they kill mothers with their little children. If you don't stand up against implicit genocide calls, they stand up for explicit calls one after another. If you don't criticize Sderot cinema images showing cheering Israelis with popcorn as Gaza is pounded by Israeli missiles, they grow more arrogant and write op-ed's claiming that there is no such thing as an innocent civilian in Gaza. They are killing babies and their bodies, which are now in ice cream freezers, await their graves.

If you are fooled once, the burden is on the ones who fooled you but if you are fooled twice this is on you. Dead children's bodies are in ice cream freezers. If this isn't a war crime, then what is? Are you waiting for ice cream trucks?

More War Crimes:

israeli security barrier

Resulting from a Palestinian-initiated U.N. resolution, the International Court of Justice considered that "Israel cannot rely on a right of self-defence or on a state of necessity in order to preclude the wrongfulness of the construction of the wall". The Court asserted that "the construction of the wall, and its associated régime, are contrary to international law".

The Court found both the barrier and the associated regime that had been imposed on the Palestinian inhabitants is illegal, and said that an occupying power cannot claim that the lawful inhabitants of the occupied territory constitute a "foreign" threat for the purposes of Article 51 of the UN Charter.

The Court cited illegal interference by the government of Israel with the Palestinian's national right to self-determination; and land confiscations, house demolitions, the creation of enclaves, and restrictions on movement and access to water, food, education, health care, work, and an adequate standard of living in violation of Israel's obligations under international law.

The Court also said that Israeli settlements had been established and that Palestinians had been displaced in violation of Article 49, paragraph 6, of the Fourth Geneva Convention. (..) The UN Fact Finding Mission and several UN Rapporteurs subsequently said that in the movement and access policy there has been a violation of the right not to be discriminated against on the basis of race or national origin.

I find it sickening how the Palestinian was treated here but it is no surprise. Most people have figured out how CNN, FOX, MSNBC, BBC, and all the others work. They disagree on many things but they all agree on supporting Zionism. Sean Hannity is obviously a big tool for the Zionists. He done himself a huge disservice in how he has been trying to show Israel in a positive light. He is a lunatic and aiding & abetting crimes against humanity. Israel cannot hide their hate fior humanity. It's impossible. I think many are awakening to it. That's why TPTB keep talking about "the rise of anti-Semitism". I think even they are surprised by how many have came to support the Palestinians, yet, they openly boast about genocide. Very troubling. These Zionists are a threat to humanity.

The medias will go silent and Israels war crimes will be swept under a rug and they will hope that everyone will forget and go on with business as usual. That's how they work. I bet the public water systems are spiked with anti-depressants now.

I think is important to the matter of subject, to publish the following, because is an eye opening information about the support of US to Israelis against the recognition of a Palestinians State, therefore the recognizing of basic human rights.

In February 1989 at the United Nations Security Council, the PLO representative acknowledged that 94 states had recognised the new Palestinian state. It subsequently attempted to gain membership as a state in several agencies connected to the United Nations, but its efforts were thwarted by U.S. threats to withhold funding from any organisation that admitted Palestine.

Consequently,in November 1989, the Arab League proposed a General Assembly resolution to formally recognise the PLO as the government of an independent Palestinian state. The draft, however, was abandoned when the U.S. again threatened to cut off its financing for the United Nations should the vote go ahead.

A lot of people around the world have had enough of Zionism, and their atrocities against civilians are disgusting even the most hard headed Israelis. But the question is how to be pro active about it and make some real changes.I think the most effective way is to just say NO to them and their puppets and boycott all their products world wide...I am sure there will then be a much better bunch and will behave much more civilized the next time.

Let me share with you the Annexation of Palestine explained in simple terms. A flagrant violation of the most basic principle of International Law.

All this with the support of White House. The Morality and Rhetoric of the US government around the World should be condemned.

It may be possible to get a better grasp of the thinking on this subject if we could review the thoughts of some other Israeli leaders.
Such as:

"The state of Israel must invent dangers, and to do this it must adopt the methods of provocation and revenge... And above all, let us hope for a new war with the Arab countries so that we may finally get rid of our troubles and acquire our space." -- From the diary of Moshe Sharett, Israeli's first Foreign Minister from 1948-1956, and Prime Minister from 1954-1956.

I know this quote may be a little dated, but that is part of the charm of some things which just never seem to grow old.

President Carter: Israel – Not Hamas – Is to Blame for War

Carter says that Israel has committed war crimes:

"There is no humane or legal justification for the way the Israeli Defense Forces are conducting this war. Israeli bombs, missiles, and artillery have pulverized large parts of Gaza, including thousands of homes, schools, and hospitals. More than 250,000 people have been displaced from their homes in Gaza. Hundreds of Palestinian noncombatants have been killed. Much of Gaza has lost access to water and electricity completely. This is a humanitarian catastrophe.

There is never an excuse for deliberate attacks on civilians in conflict. These are war crimes. This is true for both sides. Hamas’s indiscriminate targeting of Israeli civilians is equally unacceptable. However, three Israeli civilians have been killed by Palestinian rockets, while an overwhelming majority of the 1,600 Palestinians killed have been civilians, including more than 330 children. The need for international judicial proceedings to investigate and end these violations of international law should be taken very seriously.

Hamas is just as guilty as Israel. You do know Israel is directing their attacks at Hamas and no the Palestinian people right?

You speak of genocide...I don't think you know what that word means so I'd stop using it if I were you.

It's also funny that the same bias you claim these MSM networks as having, is actually completely the opposite the way I look at it.

Hypothetical question, if Israel stopped it's assault on Hamas, (or the Palestinian people as you wrongly put it) and Hamas turned around and destroyed all of Israel. Would you be for it? Because that's what would happen.

What did you learn here?

I learned that you forgot that Israel basically has Gaza in a stranglehold...it's a concentration camp, if you will, where Israel controls all water, food, money, resources and medical supplies. no one can enter or leave Gaza without Israel permission. So If I was in Gaza I would fight back as well. I think I learned that you also forgot that Israel started this and that Israel as killed over a thousand innocent civilians including hundreds of Children. Name one time when Hamas has killed this many children?

When we are talking about hundreds of dead children... who ever fired the weapon is guilty regardless of what made them do. I do not live in a society that justifies dead children for ANY reason. Any western politician that defends Israel over this is finished come next election. You can sell your country to China and bankers and win an election. You publicly support child murderers and you are finished.

So what would you call killing hundreds of innocent defenseless women and children? business as usual?...Are you trying to justify a regime that constantly abuses it's power by murdering civilians?..If more people start to think like you there will never be a piece on earth. An spoiled bully who keeps taking advantage of the others must be dealt with accordingly one way or another,it is as simple as that.

Israel shoots fleeing civilians

"The failure of civilians to abide by warnings does not make them lawful targets of attack," says Human Rights Watch Middle East director Sarah Leah Whitson, "and deliberately attacking them is a war crime."

Human Rights Watch, along with local groups such as al-Mezan Centre for Human Rights and the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights, are investigating several incidents between July 23 and 25 when, local residents said, Israeli forces opened fire on civilians trying to flee Khuza'a. There were no Palestinian fighters present at the time and no firefights were taking place, the witnesses said.

Another family - the Najjar family - has reported that the first man to leave the house on the orders of Israeli soldiers, Shadid al-Najjar, was shot in the jaw, Human Rights Watch said.

In yet another incident, also on July 23, Israeli soldiers fired on a group of civilians who had been told to leave their home in Khuza'a, killing Mohammed al-Najjar, a witness said.

wow, a lot of Jew bashing here....I guess the Taliban in Afghanistan hasn't killed or tortured women and children...I guess Syrian rebels and the Syrian government haven't killed thousands of children and women....how about ISIS in Iraq and Syria?....I guess there is no slaughter of women and babies in Africa, how about all the women and children killed in Yemen?.....Hamas wants Israel completely destroyed, same as most of the Jew haters here. I personally hope Israel kicks Hama's and Hezbollah's ass...and let the Palestinian people that are caught in the middle, and being used as human shields, live in peace.
