Indeed and judging by the reactions of the people in the first picture its like they had being there before.

Can't it be since the climate is changing & more rain (in some regions), and water much go somewhere you get pools like this?
Not so long ago I read Egypt (for example) is changing (again) to a more wetter climate.
Anyone remember form last year the snow-covered pyramids?
