Kind of look like loud speaker grills, that thin material they put on the front.

Ive had a few of these beasts fly past me when out and about in the countryside, kinda scary, they sound like tiny b 52 bombers!!!

Apparently they can bite pretty bad too but ive never had that happen to me, just rumors. Those eyes are really cool though, nice vid!
