(to be honest, we actually had a referendum about sending this welcome message because a small minority disagreed on the basis of your alleged involvement in the Great Beer disaster of '98).

Seems alot of the national issues are non-issues .. been dismiss the ones that have no relevance to actually improving the country .. they do make good paper aeroplanes though as thats the fate of non-issues that get presented ..
