I am not sure what it is exactly, but I would try to take some higher resolution photos. Do you have a friend with at least a 10 Megapixel camera ($200 or better camera)? If you do, I would have that person take closeup hi-res photos of each side of it. The orange things on the side look like some sort of capacitors at this resolution.

With better pics we should be able to easily identify it.

Can't see it very well. But, the first thing that comes to mind, with the screen and keyboard? Is part of an ATM machine. Maybe tossed there after a crash and grab LOL

If you zoom in on the machine in the dumpster you can see that it is at a lower resolution than everything around it.

Are you blind? Can't you see it is a highly sophisticated toaster.

So now your fingerprints are all over that thing.

The second picture definitely looks like someone drew it in Draw Something...

Other than that... If a man comes to your door and tells you that he will give you a million dollars to "push the button" and someone you don't know will die... Run like hell, but DONT push the button.

I remember seeing an earlier thread about John Titor coming back. Could be his advance technology from the future.

It could be an old data entry terminal. Condensers and tubes, it looks like a fuse is missing ,but it's really hard to tell with the picture being so blurry.

You know as a rule, the alien/UFO image/video should be grainy at best, and no longer than 20 seconds.

But somehow we're told we can "clearly see"

It looks like it could be a PEMF console. (Pulsed ElectroMagnet Field). They are used to drive coils and strips of copper windings used in muscle therapy and bone healing. The series of 4 huge caps on one side, kind of gives that away. Anyway, IMHO.
