The bible lol. did he say anything about the bible? or prophecy? all that is bs. Anyone can make an educated guess and sooner or later it's likely to become true. Is he a prophet for seeing what is going on in the world and coming to the conclusion that we will have wwIII? NO. he is just adding up the facts around the world. I don't know about WWIII, but i see gov overstepping it's ground all over and think there will be bad things to come soon. a reply to: olaru12

And also a loss of faith in the financial system. That is big for all involved. It isn't good to have people not trusting government nor the financial system because that brings about the insecurity and people start thinking of changing the system. The system I think recognizes this and the reason for all the DHS and militarizing of police in preparation for mass civil unrest.

You are doing PSYOP right now, when you are lying that there is going to be WW3.

You took the words out of me gub

I wouldn't say lying right through, I would say that it's obvious that some entity or entities have an agenda for this world-wide disruption and we don't have to do much guessing where they are coming from, and why they are creating false wars.

I don't know if you were replying to me or the other member. I know that the SHTF/TEOTWAWKI event flys fast and furious around here on ATS.

But who are we to really say? Most of us are passengers on this rock. Chance's are most of us will never know if/when it happens. The cities will be slag heaps, and the rest of us will be scrapping for what ever we can and fighting off the idiots that live in the cities trying to escape.

Even though every one can see it coming, I still think it come as a shock to every one.

Anytime, ya four armed freak! (Kidding! I'm kidding!) Much shrieking as a poor Dawg gets dismembered.

I know I've posted some inflammatory things here, nothing compared to the rest of the interwebs though. But I see some crap heading our way. How will we head it off?

You made me laugh! I see everything as being very unstable. I never could see a NWO with Russia and China on the planet. They would last only until the NWO told them how to live or what they can or can't do. And recently the return to the arms race (hypersonic/scram-jet missiles and planes, and space based weapons systems) do not bode well for a peaceful world.

That with much of the world not happy with the US's military adventurism and we can see alliances changing and strengthening like the Sino-Russian Alliance.

Sino-Russian Alliance

That coupled with the nightmare in the middle east is particularly troubling. ISIS/LEVANT have said they are going into Jordan, and would go into Saudi Arabia and destroy the most holy site in Islam, the Kaaba in Mecca

ISIS Attacking Kaaba in Mecca

I believe that eventually these countries and others in Asia will draw in Russia, China, and the US along with allied countries into a middle eastern war that could very quickly escalate out of control leading into WWIII and a limited or full out nuclear exchange. Especially when you look at the countries with nuclear weapons in that area of the middle east and the probability that Iran will acquire nuclear weapons capability. Israel will be the target that if attacked may initiate such an exchange initially. Russian backed Syria and Iran, along with China backing them as well is a ticking bomb. I don't see a way for this to be solved without a major war in the middle east at least.

I don't want WWIII or even a major regional war at all. But, achieving world peace has never happened yet. It is the instability that threatens WWIII. If a group like ISIS/ISIL isn't wiped out (which is wishful thinking itself -see Al-Qaeda/Terror groups in general), eventually it will attack Israel and the House of Cards will be hard to stop from falling after that.

I definitely see you're thinking and tend to agree with it. The concomitant situation we find in the world of wars and distrust of the financial system is a very bad development as far as upping the possibility things may hit a flashpoint. There were a lot of countries hurt by both. And as you said, it is developing in Asia with Chinese trying to take territory in the the Western Pacific and South China sea, Africa with the spread of radical terrorist groups, former Eastern Bloc countries, and on and on. No one is happy and countries like Saudi Arabia are all buying weapons and strengthening their armies. I would too in a self-preservation attempt. So, they too feel a war in the winds. I am glad I am over the hill, (well in about a year), because I see serious problems and war in the future. When? It could happen anytime with the level of distrust in the world today.

Thanks Spirit. Some one at least gets what I am saying in a very summarized manner. But I still see it happening unless cooler heads prevail and at the moment, I don't see any cool heads. Except when I look in the mirror. I'm so ugly, I'm cute!

Drives me nuts that people can't see the storm on the horizon. I know I can't prove without revealing my identity (and who the hell would do that on ATS, the already know who we are just by IP addy alone). I've worked Recce, CBRNE and PSYOP for three plus decades. I see the writing on the wall unfortunately. But I do hope I'm wrong. It's happened before.

There are plenty of people who see ISIS and the like activity, the trouble is the people who see the activity are highly suspicious of where these 'groups' are coming from..and the money. At least, the French kicked them out of Mali so it seems.

At my age, that's pretty much my plans as well.

But I can't help but observing.

The days of running and gunning are over...and I really think that is a good thing.

Keep applying labels to groups, or don't.
Disengage from memes, or don't.
Employ empathy, or don't.

Pretty simple, all up to you.

True .. getting too old for it here as well ..

And spot on with what youve observed .. unfortuneatly many still too blind to see it .. not surprising as a well run psyop goes unnoticed by those targeted ..

Go to the bathroom mirror.

I'm bet you see the same thing looking right back at ya.

At least I acknowledge I could be wrong.

But I really doubt it with people like you encouraging others.

You're turn...prove me wrong. I have facts on my side and you have emotions.

Go ahead. turn a blind eye to the coming storm...and yet blame everybody else for your own lack of foresight.

It's like you are wanting this to happen.

Alright TDawg. I agree, but not. I'm not so sure the eve of WW3 is here now, WW3 HAS been going on for yrs. Physically and Mentally. I'm lookin at this like long ago, you know rotary dial telephone times, we all had SOME picture of what was going on in the World. MSM, and an occasional newspaper article would tell us that $h1t was on the stove in a pan. NOW we can see it EveryDay, with the internets help! So I think this has been going on for a lot longer than most now even knew about. Me included. So NOW we can see all the Crap in the pan, and watch as it seems like the heat is turned up in Real Time! Make any sense? (I see it in my minds eye, but sometimes can't get the keyboard to cooperate! LOL!)

"You" was meant to be general.

I struggle now. I've extended my hand over and over, not sure I have it in me anymore to do so, there's definitely people I absolutely won't extend my hand to now. I see it coming alright, I have for a while now. I still care, a lot and I hope it's not coming to what it seems to but it seems hopeless to me now. I'm about to be 40 and this is the first time in my life that I have felt hopeless and I've seen the intentional divide since my teens and have struggled against it. All I can seem to do now is try not to feed it, keep discussions personal/issue focused and resist the urge to condemn all based on a few. You took me all wrong. Oh well.

Then I apologize. I'm a gruff, yet peaceable sumabitch. I admit that. Been around the block and the world. I've seen a lot, many things that have encouraged me, and many thing that have not. Many of the replies here seem to have latched onto my, for lack of a better word, nefarious posts.

I believe we all can live side by side, but there are some who don't want to. Extending them the hand of peace will just get it chopped off. This is the world we live in. And as sappy as it sounds, if I can, I will fight so that others can extend their hands in peace.

And I think that together, both fighter and peace maker, a concept that seems to be lost on many, we can do so. But it will come at the expense of those who would chop our hands off. (BTW, that's metaphorical, not a slam on Islam).
