Muslims don't see it as a woman's sex organ like some Westerners do..

... like nearly everyone does (who isn't muslim) .. not just 'some'.
I"m just say'n ... it looks like a giant female sex organ.
I have googled info on who made the big silver holder for the meteorite.
I"m not able to find anything about the maker or his intent with the shape.
I'll keep looking

Of course, these guys are the end product of CIA terror training camps in Jordan... I even think the Saudi's have some undisclosed camps in Jordan. One big merry go round.

Oh and here's an answer to you question about what the stone looks like.

Dude ... it looks like a huge female sex organ. It does.

Yep, it's really pretty blatant and obvious.

Although, one could make a similar argument about the Washington Monument looking rather phallic. The difference is that we don't make pilgrimages to D.C. and worship the Feds.

You really can't see a conflict brewing now that ISIS has threatened Mecca? It smacks of potential conflict of which the Middle East has never seen if ISIS pulls off that attack.

I don't think you understand what I am suggesting. Saudi Arabia and ISIL work for the same interests. It is a complete flip of the script and everyone is confused. Now the west wants to appeal to the ME need for protection. They want us to think that tjey are WANTED back in the ME to protect innocent Muslims.

ISIL is just there to start a fire big enough for taxpayers to excuse more military action. Attacking the house of Saud will not shed an American taxpaying tear. It would be useless to go there.

The Hajj is at the beginning of October.

Good point. It's very porous over there at that time period. ISIS could easily slip through. And considering ISIS had no trouble executing Muslims who 'aren't muslim enough', there is nothing stopping them from destroying Mecca along with the pilgrims on HAJ. According to ISIS, those pilgrims are in error for worshipping a meteorite ... so I'd think ISIS would have no trouble killing them off along with the site.

I see those ISIS threats made some have "wet dreams" about destruction or damaging Kaaba and injuring or killing pilgrims.

just one more proof that extremists from any side have more in common that they would like to admit.

but it shows and I must say your post is truly disgusting; seems like you crave for blood.

don't.

As Muslims (God’s chosen people) we are accustomed to people looking to insult us; a sad sign of the times.

Every religion seems to think they're 'God's chosen people', and set out to prove it with death and destruction.

Al-Qaida seems to have vanished from the radar, and was replaced overnight with "ISIS". I have a hard time comprehending how ISIS appeared one day as a huge, well organized and well funded threat to the entire world in one day!
When the NSA knows of every phone call I make, and how many loaves of bread I buy each month, they have no idea that ISIS is forming? They do nothing to stop this insanity?
We are just the pawns in a massive, sick chess game.

ISIL became so well funded by looting bank and selling off museum goods they looted. They didn't appear over night, but rather only come in to the public eye over night. If you were to look into them and their beginnings you'll see they've been around for a while. They just now have been able to fund their war.

They're not a religious group, but rather a thug group like a street gang with financial means. If anyone thinks that ISIL is a Muslim group they are horridly wrong.

All I know is that it's designed to keep the Stone intact, the stone isn't in good shape.. I had a look to see who masterminded it and I can't find anything either not that I think it's important anyway but yeah.

Well the threat was related to them taking Arar first, or at least attacking it. I would take this threat very seriously as it seems every threat they have made so far, they have followed it up.

I think a bomb during HAJJ as was suggested earlier may be the way they are going to do it. They have enough time between now and then to plan it out and get agents in the area without suspicion.

If they do, or even attempt, this would be a massive global issue and would really show where each country allies. Something of this scale could blow the lid off of world relations in the short term.

My thought is that if they finally do take Arar we are going to see this happen very soon after if not prior to Arar being taken. Hell, Arar could just be a distraction for them to hit their main target...Saudis already have 30K troops on hand there so they slip in from another side and get the site prepped to blow.

These ISIS guys are John McCain's friends and creation .. created by the USA ..funded by the USA ..
With all the destruction they are doing to their own Muslim people and infrastructure .. it can only be an advantage for the USA .. always fund and send the enemy's own people to destroy the enemy ..that's how the US has always worked ..
The supporting the 'rebels' thing has become old .. they used it in Libya and Syria .. and other places ..
Now they just created a Muslim boogyman to blame .. while funding them and have them carry out their bidding ..

Someone on ATS brilliantly posted a thread containing the pics of terrorist sponsorer John McCain with the ISIS and other terrorist leaders in Syria I believe, smiling away together in a group ..this is the end product of that brokered deal ..

Since this whole Middle East business is a holy war of Muslims vs. Christians from the beginning .. how else would the US/West threaten Mecca directly ..? the holiest of their cities ..

The Saudi military isn't the Iraq military.I dont believe ISIS would have a chance. They would actually fight them to defend their holy sites.
I also don't believe the US would let ISIS even get close to the oil fields.

Saudia Arabia has already destroyed most of the ancient historical architectural treasures in the name of Islam. This could very well happen in Egypt as well.

At least Isis is consistent in recognizing that the black rock is an idol that is worshipped by most Muslims.

It's based off the ancient Egyptians monuments. I have no doubt that the Pharoahs who put those ancient monuments up were indeed 'compensating' (as Freud would put it) ... expressing their own opinion of their 'manhood' in giant rock.

Just muslims being muslims.

Destruction of early Islamic heritage sites in Saudi Arabia

The destruction of sites associated with early Islam is an on-going phenomenon that has occurred mainly in the Hejaz region of western Saudi Arabia, particularly around the holy cities of Mecca and Medina. The demolition has focused on mosques, burial sites, homes and historical locations associated with the Prophet, Muhammad and many of the founding personalities of early Islamic history.

supporting ISIS?

good going there!

as for "black rock" - it is oldest known place of worship of One God according to Muslim tradition but was from time to time filled with idols and such things.

"black rock" is not worshiped by any Muslim.

I think ISIS has proven themselves pretty well at this point. I also think there will be other forces joining them that have not yet pledged support but will very soon. While ISIS may say through a spokesperson that they are not allied with certain groups, I feel that is part of their plan.

They learned well that a "shock and awe" type of attack catches many off guard and it seems they are more organized than media is portraying them. They also seem to have a very calculated plan in place that I believe we have only seen the very tip of at this point.

actually, there is a symbology behind the monuments, you don't have to guess anything, it is a "missing part" of Horus.

google it, it's easy.

I'm not GUESSING. My degree is psychology and I"m saying that the Egyptian monuments are classic Freudian. Doesn't matter what they are based on ... the size of them and the shape of the structure coupled with the power of the Pharoah all speak to the man in power strutting his manhood. It's a psychology thing ... something you aren't educated in.

Knock it off and learn how to read. My post said no such thing.
The topic - "Say Goodbye to Mecca - ISIS Threat" THAT is the discussion.

Huffington Post - ISIS Member Says they Will Destroy Mecca - Kill Those Who Worship Stones

ISIS reportedly is planning to take over the city of Arar in Saudi Arabia, which is very close to the Iraq border. It is a fifteen-hour drive away from Mecca, the site of the Hajj pilgrimage which all observant Muslims are expected to do at least once.

They are planning to take over a city in Saudi Arabia which is a 15 hour drive from Mecca. The Haj is just around the corner. It is a mass of people who will be coming in and out. Security can't take care of it all, that's impossible. ISIS has murdered Muslims en masse ... Muslims who they say aren't Muslim enough. And now they are calling those on Haj 'Rock Worshippers'.

This is a very serious situation.
