ISIS have already shown themselves to be a dangerous and violent, xenophobic organisation. Appeasing them in their wish for a Caliphate, which incidentally, would have to be carved out of parts of existing nations, who are about as likely to give their land up for good, as I am to quit smoking Golden Virginia before I die, would be a massive mistake. The reason?

It's pretty simple. Appeasing Hitler did little for the governments in continental Europe, and did no favours for the people there either. His was a xenophobic, violent, thuggish regime. Can you see where I am going with this? When that happens, they will have the ability to build more war tech, build up reserves of regular military, train intelligence operatives to penetrate the intelligence networks of other nations, set up a centre of banking for their operation, and become the worst possible thing, that being a xenophobic theocracy intent on the conversion or destruction of everything they can touch. The best thing to do in this instance, is to cut off their arms so that they can touch absolutely nothing.

A failure to address these mobsters with the negative attention they clearly deserve, will result in yet another period in history where things could have been done to prevent the near planetary dominion of a tyrannical, xenophobic, ideologically driven set of blood drinking bastards, and were not. These ISIS guys are not merely tribesmen defending their homes, but are an international band of brigands trying to take over territory for themselves. This is blitzkrieg that they are about at the moment, or as near as they can get.

ISIS are an actual threat to the security of everyone in the Middle East, and if they get their way and make a state out of their land grab gains will become the next Nazi Germany, just with a different excuse to use for the murder and chaos they will spread in their wake. THAT is why they should not be allowed to succeed in their activities, and must be resisted. I advocate assassins being sent, with all knowledge of their existence disavowed by those who send them, to kill the ISIS leadership, sow dissent within its ranks, and cause chaos behind their battle lines. Personally, I find the idea of an intelligence lead execution of the entire outfit, with full deniability, a very appealing one. No big nasty loud war, just a nice quiet bit of murder just before dawn.

That's how you deal with animals who would execute innocent people in the street. Give them what they give others, and watch as they crumble.
