You could hear the dog screaming and crying in pain

A Baltimore cop allegedly slit the throat of a dog that officers had under control.

Jeffrey Bolger, 49, was booked on felony animal cruelty charges Wednesday, his department said.

"I'm going to (expletive) gut this thing," he said before killing the pup, according to charging documents.

This is outrageous. It'll be interesting to see what happens to him; probably use the excuse he was having a bad day or some other revolting reason.

The only way to conclude the matter would be to fire the degenerate, because if he's capable of doing that to a helpless animal there's no knowing what he would be capable of doing to a human....
