Yes... I am more than implying it, I am stating it implicitly. There is very good reason that it was under penalty of death in Syria to be a member of the Muslim Brotherhood...

It is time to come back home and rule the Syrian Muslim people who live under the umbrella of the secular regime that supports and protects the principles of tolerance, and guarantees the freedom of thinking and embracing whatever belief the people choose. Such a freedom was the main reason that made the other non-Muslim sects of the Syrian people able to step forward and have a rank and a good contribution in the Syrian life, and also share the wealth with the Muslims on their own land.

It is time for us to come back and force all the other non-Muslim sects to shrink and step back. These sects are the infidel Christians, the criminal Alawites and the infidel Druzes.

It is time for us to come back and rule Syria under the name of Allah – the lord of all lords – and his holy Quran, and to impose the Islamic principles on all who oppose us without discrimination.

Yes, I will call them takfiri... They oppose anything secular, they oppose freedom of religion. They have wanted to reestablish the Islamic caliphate .... they are going forward toward that goal now.

Islam allows jihad and permits war until the following Qur'anic verse is fulfilled:

People have for some time now ridiculed this but today these same people acknowledge that preparation for war is the surest way to peace! Allah did not ordain jihad for the Muslims so that it may be used as a tool of oppression or tyranny or so that it may be used by some to further their personal gains. Rather jihad is used to safeguard the mission of spreading Islam. This would guarantee peace and the means of implementing the Supreme Message. This is a responsibility which the Muslims bear, this Message guiding mankind to truth and justice.

According to Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab, the originator of wahhabism in the 1700's, the Muslim Brotherhood gent who wrote that call to arms was himself kafr, not just a takfiri.

In his book Risālah Aslu Dīn Al-Islām wa Qā’idatuhu, al-Wahhab pronounces a specific takfeer on anyone who invokes or implores the aid of dead people (such as the prophet and his family).

One does not pray to dead humans, one prays to God alone. Al-Shaqfa very clearly calls for prayers to dead people.

He is not just takfiri, he is kafr, convicted by the pronouncement of his own founder.

How 'bout that?

ETA: Upon further reflection, it's amusing, in a sad way, that the entire communique can be wrapped up in a much smaller thought, with no loss of fidelity - he says, in essence, "we're gonna make Syrians free again... by removing all their freedoms". It's reminiscent of LBJ during the 60's - "we're sending our boys over to Vietnam... to protect our boys over in Vietnam!"

It is amazing. All muslims say "Salam" to prophet of Islam pbuh in their prayers. If prophet of Islam pbuh is dead totally and He can not be aware of his own followers then Why do they say "Salam" to him !!!!
Unfortunately some facts are forgotten throughout history and specially those who want to choose Islam they should be very careful and they should study history of Islam. Koran wants people to learn fro history.

Actually when i first heard ISIS on the TV show Archer i assumed a made up alphabet agency for TV. Now i find out they exist, but i have no idea if its a super secret spy agency in real life or not.

Maybe the show Archer is an inside secret that ISIS is actually controlled by rogue CIA agents. How else can you explain the sudden rise in profits? Bank robberies In the middle east?

It's something I'm going to have to dig into deeper, find archived info.... Back in January I'm 99.9% certain I was a video of Paul Vallely working alongside "FSA" militants flying that "Black Flag of Islam" that ISIS has been using as of late. I guess it's probably of no surprise, but would only further confirm that ISIS is supported-if not created by our very own CIA.

That black flag has been used for years. They started flying around Libya right around the time Hillary Clinton was laughing maniacally at the death of Gaddafi.

In more recent news about mentally insane American state officials, John Kerry has "warned" Syria that they could cause instability and sectarian divides by continuing to bomb ISIL targets in Iraq. Source.

fair enough, although the media is STILL referring to it as ISIS...I am in the west and this is how it is presented. ISIL is the closer name for the group. Although they now just refer to themselves as IS or the Islamic State. Either way, they are still calling it ISIS now and again in the media. I still find it to be interesting imagery.

I call them ISIL because that's what the Syrians call them. Also because the Lavant is a geographical territory that has contextual meaning here.

Anyhow, the article I linked to has the original source links in it, but it seems to me that if you want to woo people over to your position, you wouldn't start knocking over their places of worship. I'm not surprised about the Christian and Sufi ones, but both the Shia and Sunni ones? That's burning all your bridges I would think.

However, if he has no qualms about knocking over any old shrine, church or mosque he feels like ... why wouldn't he carry out his threat of destroying the Dome of the Rock if he got the chance?

I find it strange because ALL western countries named it ISIS (and latest news want Mossad training them, israelis) and all eastern europe and east call them ISIL...

And then, I watch Obama's newest speech and his intentions to strike in Iraq and possibly Syria, as well as increase funding/arming for Syrian Rebels, and he starts talking about ISIL!!! I was like WHAT! Since when did it become ISIL. So ISIL Is brand-spanking new name for ISIS, meaning L for Levant instead of S for Syria.

Last week I was introduced to a new acronym, a new boogieman, a new threat to my freedom, a new reason to be afraid, very afraid - ISIS. What is the endgame here? Who is backing them up?

Geopolitically, this stinks. Your opinions please!
