I am, and I'm sure there are plenty more. Why do you need members in their 20's anyway?

I get what you mean. It doesn't bother me much, though. If anything, it gives us a chance to learn from those that have experienced more in life. That's how I look at it, anyway.

Sure, but there's usually something to be derived from other people's experience, in some form or another.

..Or maybe I've just gotten good at spotting BS.

Just broke out of the 20s darn, i don't qualify, oh well make sure you
learn from the bad that us 30+ers have done, that way you can avoid
some of those mistakes.

I really wish i had paid more attention when i was in my early 20s to
the advice i received even if it didn't make much sense to my perspective
at the time.

Here is one for ya that you may already know, i did learn this one from
an older dude, never take a variable APR home loan if you live in the
US, those are making a come back and they are never as pleasant as
they sound lol

27. However, I'm glad there are a lot of older folks on here, as their life experience is an invaluable learning tool.

A comment from an old fart.

Don't I just wish that I knew at 20 what I do now!

Oh how my life would be different!

If you do not listen to the old, you will continue to learn by mistake! I prefer learning my lessons by listening, it is generally much cheaper and lots less painful.

But hey mate, your 20, schools taught you all you need to learn ...... Go At Life! Go ... go ...go!

I'll stand here and laugh at the mistakes.

Late 20s here. And I get what you mean. Seems like most of the folks here are Baby Boomers/older Gen X instead of the younger cohorts.

Nothing wrong with that, but it's nice to know that you're not the only whippersnapper.

Don't let the age fool ya. I'm 23 but when i hear the sheeple talk i feel i could be 100. Most people i know have learned in a lifetime what i learned in the past few years. And i still have ALOT to learn
