LiveLeak -- How many ATS keep up with what is really going on?!

I try to avoid spending a lot of time on LiveLeak as it can really mess with my head, but I was curious as to how many ATS keep up with world events there. I now know I cannot link any graphic videos, but if you really want to see what is going on with ISIS in Iraq search for the video named "Salil Sawarim 4".

Anybody who really cares what is truly going on in Iraq needs to watch this video. I wish there were subtitles, but I think for the most part you can understand what is going on. The quality of the video editing, along with the amount of violence is just incredible.

After watching this video it really makes me appreciate living in the USA....or really anywhere except the middle east.

Mankind can be so evil...this video is proof of that.

To anybody who can make it through all of it...or at least the first 10 minutes please let me know what you think.

Can you provide a rundown on what's going on?

Obviously people are dying and being murdered but you're making it sound as if there's more going on than what's being reported, if so, what?

I look at live leak everyday, like I do ats..... sometimes new stuff is there, sometimes its the same old. Live leak has no ads over youtube, lately youtube makes you watch a 15sec ad for a 25 sec clip. ridiculous.


and just to edit/add: NO MORE OF OUR TROOPS SHOULD BE SENT TO SORT OUT THAT CRAP !, look, we should help, but sending troop on a one way ticket should not be it!

The efficiency of ISIS, and the amount of violence is what I am referring to. No matter what you have read, or what you have seen please search that video and watch all of it. If you want to watch all of them there are 3 more before this one...thus Salil Sawarim 4...but this is the most recent that I know of.

I just watched about 15 minutes of it skipping through, and It makes me wonder what the hell is going on out there...why is this ISIS doing this? what is the reason? I cans find a definitive answer anywhere so hopefully someone here can clue me in and anyone else who wants to know. Its so horrendous how they treat each other, Im not one for saying lets go to war, but these people NEED to be taken care of.

I used to be on ATS more than LL when i first signed up. Now im on LL almost everyday and barely on ATS (Just to check in once in a while.)

LL offers a different viewpoints on events. Usually stubborn, biased, racist idiotic comments but there are a LOT of smart and genuinely good individuals on there.

In short, i go to LL to see the current world events, i then go to ATS to confirm and research said current events.

I have watched all of them...hours of this. Thousands and thousands of people killed. I can only imagine the amount of violence that wasn't recorded. It almost hurts to think about TBH.

If more liberals were forced to watch things like this and other videos of people killing in cold blood on LL, I truly believe they would change their minds on a lot of issues....

You have seen the true face of evil. Hell on earth. And it is Islam. The vast majority will deny it, or affix labels to it, and while condemning, also defending...

Too bad so few actually know what this means for humanity...

People aren't ready to be that awakened yet, but I bet many will watch that disgusting, disturbing material purely out of morbid curiosity...

To be honest, i found LL to be 'easier' to keep up to date in a more summarized way. You can watch a video and/or read a short description on the video and learn at the same time. (That is...if the poster is educated and has common sense.)

On here, i find myself attracted to everything, i want to read everything and soak in everything...literally everything. I just dont have the time or the will to sift through the whole site all the time....Although i really enjoy the 'mystery quest' type of threads. (I.E. Oct282011 thread. The greatest ATS quest imo.)

Where as ATS you read through pages and pages and pages to get solid information instead of just a quote of an article or a quick sentence or two on the topic at hand. With LL, i can just watch the video, come to a conclusion myself then read the hilarious comments.

Either way, yes, some choose to view the world thru a filtered window, and others take the blinders off.

But who's to judge, as we all have to navigate our way thru this cess pool.

Well there are plenty of websites you can go to...but I find that most people don't want to see things of this nature. The Salil Sawarim videos can be a bit too much for some people, and LL has one of the best reputations for not having to worry about malware...so I think it is a good starting point for most.

I just read Iran is sending General Suliman (sp) and the US is probably joining with air strikes in a few days with the Air Force. Shiites are guarding their holy sites, Samurra is next in line to fall and Isis has stopped there. I guess Obama said he is not sending a force on the ground but they probably will send air strikes to both Syria and Iraq. The Kurds have got a city they wanted for centuries, Kitkut or something like that, and I guess everyone is fine with it as long as they offer security except there are some Arabs living there who will not be pleased. The Isis members have long hair and reports are they are Arabs from many different places...about 7000 of them. Looks like we are going to war after all.

No i dont watch any animal abuse videos...i value the soul of an animal more than i do a human being. Not that i Hate everyone else, I just dont like Humans at this point it time...Never have...not that it matters lol. But yeah I dont watch anything to do with animals on there, unless is some sort of hunting or pet video lol.

I really hope we don't...drone strikes aren't going to do anything to this style of warfare. They use Guerilla warfare style tactics that are hard to combat. Unless we want to drop some serious bombs, and kill a lot of civilians in the process, they aren't going to go away.

Uhh I'm not playing stupid, I know exactly what's going on.

I figured I'd ask because normal protocol for posting threads is to give a brief summary of a video if ones posted, as not everyone can watch video.

Then there's the fact that it obviously depicts images that some people may not want to see.

Sorry if that's playing stupid, I think it's a fair request so everyone knows what's going on.

At first it didn't seem real...but then i don't know....i'm still watching it and i intend to watch the whole thing.

We dont know:
-Date
-Location
-Who's shooting
-Who's getting shot

Although if we take the video description seriously,it's in Iraq,it's recent (uploaded 6 hours ago),probably not more than a week. The ISIS are shoooting and it seems like random targets but i don't know.Most of those cars are very nice compared to what you'd find in those cities,so they could be contractors,american.

It's just speculation.


Now let's dicuss. Brainwashed lunatics with guns, they're radicals and extremists.I sincerely hope ATS doesn't see them as the good guys.I don't care what America has done in Iraq,the answer will never be mass killings.
