Finally pulled the trigger and joined.

Greetings ATS!!! I'm a long time lurker (seems all new members were). So I put this off for so long out of paranoia. I figured I shouldn't help TPTB make their list of future targets, but let's face it that was silly. If I'm to be targeted I've already made that list. However enough of that and on to me. I am: happily married, the father of 4 great kids (3 boys, 1 girl), a homeowner at 29, and a seeker of the truth. I try to approach all things with measured reason, and since most of the theories I ascribe to are horrifying I love being wrong. Though I seldom speak without being reasonably sure what I say is true. I have been a lurker here for some 2 years, and I respect this site and its members immensely as all points of view seems equally expressed. So that's it. Greetings and Salutations all.

(Funny that you mention the paranoia thing. I had a funny feeling, irrational of course, like the men in black would come battering down my door after I joined. Hasn't happened yet!)
