And where are you in the whole debate? You can't even field an argument without bringing up racism. Why not pull out some of the shining examples that your great white hope LBJ had to say about black Americans, just before he started the left's trend of writing a check you can't cash.
Admit it, youve got # for an argument.
Oh, and as far as gun violence, we both know you're making that up to. But then again I guess its ok when you cherry pick who's rights the constitution are for.
That "white boy mojo" can still open all sorts of doors: to boardrooms, to judge's chambers, to country club memberships. It's not that those institutions are still overtly racist (though a few come close). It's not that white men are guaranteed preferential treatment in every setting. It's that white men are raised to expect to be welcomed wherever they go. When they find that that automatic welcome isn't forthcoming, they tend to be indignant. When angry middle-class whites gather together in political groups to "take back our country," what they want to grab back are the privileges they sense they've lost.
Imagine if African American men and boys were committing mass shootings month after month, year after year. Articles and interviews would flood the media, and we’d have political debates demanding that African Americans be “held accountable.” Then, if an atrocity such as the Newtown, Conn., shootings took place and African American male leaders held a news conference to offer solutions, their credibility would be questionable. The public would tell these leaders that they need to focus on problems in their own culture and communities.
White males are more likely to commit mass shootings and that is a fact.

So basically, a white male with a gun that walks into a crowded area = fear unjustified
Young black guys walking down the street talking amongst themselves = fear justified
So you can't answer why one fear is justified and the other not?

This was told to me by my dean of the criminal justice course that if the IQ was above normal they would not hire you.
This is a fact!
The question is why is there such a practice?
Also, why do we favor ex-military people to work in law enforcement?
Do we want a police state?
Where is Andy of Mayberry? extra DIV

And look at the way the arrestee responds, being told he cops are here, etc. His body language stiffens up, even though he tries to remain nonchalant. The cop comes STRAIGHT towards him, like there's already a complaint in the dispatch record regarding his description
When the cop goes by them one of the group immediately says "he's gonna turn around."
Earlier in the video he says "had to peel this (n-word) for his (b-word.)" He was obviously bragging about beating someone up over a girl. I think the truth that will come out is this guy knew exactly why the cop stopped him and was just playing innocent as criminals so often do.

Racism...
Racism is dead folks, the happenings in this video happen to all colors of people.
Was Kelly Thomas beaten to death for the color of his skin?
Answer is no, he was murdered because we have a police problem.
It is ok though, as of late it seems others are noticing it too.
It won't be long until we reach critical mass on this problem though, then we will all be faced with the truth and how can we fix it.

Both of your questions have the same answer. Because intelligent people don't blindly follow orders.
