Has anyone seen this documentary

I saw the documentary once in the 90's and never again. In the documentary it showed the classic picture of general Ramey and Lt Marcel with the weather balloon. Gen Ramey is holding a letter in his hand. Through computer enhancement they zoom in on the letter and you can read "saucer " and "bodies flown" and other incriminating words.

I do remember such a story about enhancing that letter.....but don't think it was in any documentary ive seen......

I can't tell but that could be Ramey's famous chili recipe.

It's too blurry to read and could be anything.
