Hello, hello is anyone home? I gotta color my hair and cook a pork roast. Oh I know why there aren't many people in here today...Everyone has a hangover! Ahahahaha!

Hi Syx! A medium brown for me. I love the creamy hair conditioner that comes with the kits. Hair is so silky soft! Smells good too.

It is 43.9 C at the moment, just outside my door. For the Americans here, that is 110F in the shade.

Thankfully, my aircon works a treat.

I was thinking back to my childhood when 110F meant being nearly comatose in front of a fan reading a book because we did not have aircon. I think I like aircon.

My dog, an Alaskan Malamute likes it as well. Otherwise he would be a hotdog by now.

Just thought I would bump the thread with some trivia.

I have been sick for the last couple weeks. Just came back tonite.

I must say, I must have been really out of it, thinking Dawg was pissed at me. Damn. I had a fever that just wouldn't let go.

Feeling better, and Hoping everyone had a good holiday. I have been working every day, and trying to make things good for our first Christmas here. Just overextended myself.

Didn't get to fish New Years eve. Too Cold. I was really disappointed. All our fishing equipment sat here and it made me sooo mad.

However, I went fishing a couple of days before. OHHHH It was great. My first time ice fishing in the Northwoods. It was soo great.
I truely feel that I am blessed. To be able to live where I am, and enjoy the world I live in.

Happy New Year to everyone here at the shed. And to all of ATS. It's been about 3.5 years that I have been here. I am someone who is shy and doesn't make friends that easy.
I am so glad to come here and know that I have people who care and try to understand me. Thank you.

I hope for all of us, that 2015 will be a year of "Good Health" "Prosperity", and "Happiness".


I should be off now.

Haven't been able to sleep. "Too much going on".

Hope to talk to all soon. Gotta read the story. Gotta start contributing!!!

This is what the mad folk back in my home town get up to on New Years day....they were raising money for Kidney Patients Association. The 4 girls at the end were exceptionally brave jumping in their bikinis!

Couldn't watch your video. Something about safety reason. It must be me. I had a fhishing attack the other nite, and my IT guy must have put some sort of filter on it

I hope your doing well.

How is the weather by you. If I had to go outside, I would have to put at least 3 layers on. It's -2 here and by 6 a.m. it will be -7.

I love it. I feel so warm and cozy, HA HA, I don't have to leave the house until tomorrow nite. By then it will be up to 12'.

I still hope I will be hearing from you.

It's incredibly mild here for this time of the year....even had my bedroom window open on some nights!

Yea, Got it lets me play it in MY YOUTUBE.

Oh< I love love sleeping with the window open. Cuddling under the covers and just stixing my noise out. LOL!!!

My Baby Zoe likes it too.

But since it's sooo cold here, I am afraid to open the bedroom window, for fear it will freeze open. Wind chill here was something like -13. And it very easily gets down to - 30 here.

Need a warm body next to you to really snuggle here.

This home doesn't have a fireplace. Am Kinda missing that right now. LOL


OK, Gotta go to bed. I can't sleep, but it is what I need to do.

Ya'll have a good day. I may be sleeping for a while. LOL!!!

Morning everyone!

The sky is darkened with heaving clouds, disgorging their liquid bounty upon the cold earth below. And on waking and checking my e-mails today, I found a message from the mother of my child, informing me that his hairdresser had become scissor happy, and has shaved my son down to a number one cut. For those of us less familiar with British barber shop values, a number one is basically a boot camp cut, next door to bald on the scale by which head fur is measured.

I am going to have to take the young master out, and by him a nice hat! Luckily, there is an emporium which serves that exact requirement within easy reach of both myself and my son, and it is to this emporium we shall go, hopefully on Wednesday! They have a fantastic range of head adornments, and as it happens, I am wearing one of their wares as we speak!

Yes, I have seen a picture of the lad since his unfortunate interaction with the hairdresser, however, I will not be sharing the image because it is both horridly blurry (as are all photographs sent to me by his mother from her phone, which I can only assume is either a result of faulty equipment, or a worrying shaking of the hands), and does nothing to convey the shape of the lad, or the depth of the "I sodding hate you right now, so much. You have no idea, seriously." look he is giving the camera!

I shall attempt to get a shot of the lad in his new hat, when one has been acquired for him. I hope he finds one that he likes!
