It should be based on the principles of equality, respect for international law, indivisibility of security, non-use of force or threat of force. Today this task is becoming increasingly important.

If the US is the measure of ''respecting international law'' then Russia clearly is.
Russia is not doing anything the US hasn't done in the last 20yrs.
