I was just out side with my girlfriend taking pics of a new garden planter in our front yard, trying to get decent pics of the freshly planted planter, once the solar lights activated, when i happened to look up and to the south west toward Broom county NY, I live in Otsego county NY.

I observed what appeared to be a solid white light moving toward my direction in an east northeasterly direction. the object was moving at a greater rate of speed than a normal aircraft at the elevation I'm used to seeing aircraft move through our area. I grabbed the camera from my girlfriend and shaped at least four pics of the craft with out being able to zoom in because of travel speed of the object. The fact that I got the pics was amazing for me.

I have seen a ufo once before in New Mexico during the day, this one was at dusk.

Please bare with me while I figure out how to post these pics for analysis. O r if there is somebody here that can help an ameture techy out with getting these pics on here to observe I would greatly appreciate it. thanks in advance. PM me with an email and Ill send you the pics.

why the hell can't this be like craigslist where uploading a pic doesn't require an advanced degree in computers.

P.s. yes Im not computer literate ok

Uploading pics here is easy. Just click the down symbol next to the logout button. Then click upload you will then see a upload button at the top left click that then a popup will come up saying upload images. Click the select files button then click the up arrow button next to the select files button. After it has uploaded at the bottom of the image you will see a BBcode for use in post. Copy that code then past it in the post you want the pic in.

I cropped the pic so you might get a closer view. ps there was a plane 10 to 15 degrees to the left of the object at the same time

I observed what appeared to be a solid white light moving toward my direction in an east northeasterly direction.

Downloaded your picture and zoomed it a bit. It seems to be red and not white. It also seems like exposure might be stretching the dot, whatever it might have been.

S&F for sharing. Anxious to see what others will say.

Ty you for effort. the white was to the naked eye not so much after cropping the pic.

Let me give a little clearer picture mentally ok, the object, which was moving as I said in an east, northeasterly direction caught my attention when it was approximately 25 degrees to the earth plane. the reason I know this is 30 years of carpentry and working with degrees for a long time. there was no sound with this objects movement,m non at all and once it was slightly right of my position and overhead, I snapped the fourth pic and looked beyond the camera and the object disappeared

to add to this, these four pics were taken in what covered a n approximately 75% arch of my skyline, from earth plane to earth plane, the travel time took what I would guess to be between five and seven seconds. right after the fourth pic was taken directly above I moved the camera away to get another visual and it was gone. poof... anyway these are pics and this did happen...

by the by the camera was a Kodac easy share v803 8 megaapicx camera in case your wondering

ty for the effort, like I said it was seriously elevated. but the movement characteristics were not of a normal aircraft and had it been a satellite I don't think it would have disappeared overhead completely out of sight so fast

Well don't lose heart OP. You obviously caught something
interesting. So keep an eye out tonight and the next few
because you just never know. Be camera ready and you may
do better next time. I for one appreciate a good effort.

Taking pictures of that kind is no small chore. It requires the right equipment, knowledge of how to use it and luck in having the camera ready at the time. Luck perhaps being the most difficult.
