Bloomoon. when you have 20 posts, in any threads, under your belt. You can then start a new thread in most of the forums.

You have 10 posts now, only 10 more to go. You can knock those out pretty fast. Just reply to everyone who welcomed you. Or any forum/thread that you want to reply or post in.
