Try using 'Full Screen Mode" and pausing the video a few times at or around 46:20, specifically where the moderator says "we are hearing shrieks" where she is referring to the archeologists and other people that are there, and their stunned reaction to what they are all seeing on their video monitors. There appears to be a faint image of a face that does not look human, but rather looks "alien" (or perhaps something else) to me...
