In parts of Ireland super-powerful surveillance devices are more than strongly suspected of having caused cancer epidemics in the targeted population. This makes me wonder whether the operators of this equipment were actually being used to test weaponry without their knowledge.
Is the whole smart meter, surveillance, electronic gadget culture actually a way of getting all of us in the crosshairs.
