There was a post on tumblr about a feminist giving reason why she/he is a feminist and i stated men also are victim of pure pressure as much as females do.

The user first responses were like "so am I not allowed to stand up for my rights?" "IM STANDING UP FOR AGAINST GENDER STEREOTYPES!" and i'm like....where did i say such a thing that you can't stand up for your rights? So, if i mentioned males victims makes me some how trying to take away your rights? O.o....then i corrected her that she was standing up for female stereo types by her original post.

User second reply was about feminism isn't about male rights ect.. it's all about a women and what they have to face. Then she was going off like "i'm not a boy so i can't talk about boys and i never witness them" Then she was screaming at me (by the caps of her text) "WHAT IS WRONG FOR ME WANTING TO STAND UP AGAINST # THAT WOMEN GET?" Then stating anti-feminst are dumb and her last statement "I JUST WANT EQUALITY. GOOGLE EQUALITY BEFORE YOU TRY TO # ALL OVER MY BELIEFS IN FEMINISM AND GOOGLE FEMINISM TOO BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING AGAIN." and i'm sitting here..O.o...where did i say that you can't stand up for your rights and where did i state it was a bad thing? My statement was about that i agree with feminism is about a women act movement but true equality would be focusing on both sexes ect..

User third post was about women are more effected, calling me naive because "i don't understand women problems", hypocrite because your against women" At this time i'm like *sigh*-.- i replied to her about that i never proclaimed women should be treated less then a man or a person shouldn't stand up for a sex.

Fourth reply was about giving a definition of feminism (switch i already stated that i agree with feminism being a women act) and yelling at me that about equality and some how she or he thought i stated "feminism over run by men". Then she was saying anti-feminist are sexist and hypocrites. So, once again i replied to her about to re-read my previous post, never stated anything about ___. Then i said anyone who is anti-feminist have there own reasons. It doesn't mean they hate women or against equality. People who are sexist are the ones who are sexist. Not anyone who is anti-feminist.

Her other post was about calling me a hypocrite and basically the same as above. I responded that if she didn't want a reply to a public post she made. She shouldn't of created a public post in the first place. There was one more reply but it wasn't relevant to what we were speaking about.

That was the discussion of the subject. I know i went to far with it but oh well...it's over now..just needed to get it off my chest. Funny how it all started was because i stated "males are victims as well as females".

Have you ever met a hypersensitive person before?

Ah, the classic victim card. A favoured technique among extreme feminists.

I notice that the extremer sides appear to be more about female dominance, rather than gender equality...

To address your question though, no i have never had to deal with such unfortunate circumstances directly...

There are plenty on every forum, this one included.

Best not to try to debate, your opinion counts for nothing and theirs is all that matters.

Funny thing is i'm a female and not anti-feminist. I consider myself a humanist or pro-equality because i don't want to label myself that is gender base.
Thank you for commenting.

I notice that too. They (well some) do tend to say stuff that they're victims as you said. I'm not against the feminist movement but some feminist are was to extreme and need to chill. I like the idea women being treat as a equal as much as a male being a equal but no one needs to whine every time a male done something or a female. I could go on for ages how both sex treated me but i'm not going to label myself because of how i was treated.

That's good you didn't have to experience that. Especially when the person made up stuff that you didn't even say.

In all subjects, there will be activists that are the intellectual heavyweights, and then the lightweights. You know which one you spoke to when you walk away from it either in consideration for their words, or just rolling your eyes wondering if they know what the hell they are arguing about.

Looks like you got a lightweight. small in the mind, large in the mouth.

I have no problem with feminists. I agree with equality and fairness, and in my home, its the 1050s...not forced, if she is there, its because she agreed and wants that life also, with option to leave whenever...but in the streets, that chick is no different than that dude in regards to potential (with the exception of heavy lifting jobs...practical biological considerations there)

This is what happens when we label everything and everybody.

I think actions are how to judge people.

And Yes, people are way too hypersensitive about many things.

No problem.

I am all for equality, but i think the only way the issues will be dealt with, is if men and women come together to look at the issues on a broader scale.

My personal opinion is that we should all strive to be equal, but we shouldn't expect to receive certain benefits due to the physical or psychological traits of which we were born with.

Thanks for posting the topic.

Ask them to say one thing nice about any male and mention that they ARE being psychotically unreasonable if they can't or won't.

That usually shuts them up if they are being hysterical!

But you wont be arguing ... she may ... but that will identify her as completely hysterical and not worth listening to ever again.

It is that serious!

ive said this before...i honestly believe in equal rights...that is why women should have to register for selective service...and this is in no way a joke...

"In no way a joke", like the disclaimer.

However, true equality between the sexes, which would require women to register, should also come along with the removal of the glass celiling. You know me, Cosmic, and that I am no feminist, but there is not true equality anywhere on this earth.

Your first mistake was being on Tumblr in the first place.

Your second mistake was trying to have a rational debate with a militarized femenist. A losing battle, unless you just enjoy arguing with stupids.
