menu for your memorial day festivities

just wondering what's on the menu for your memorial day. in my house it's prime rib cooked on the grill, twice baked potatoes, and corn on the cob. will probably toss back an ice cold beer or two also.

Memorial Day weekend is traditionally the kickoff to the summer down at the Jersey shore for me, but the weather put a big wrench in those plans. Its cold and rainy, very unsummer-like. That wont stop me from BBQ'ing though, looks like burgers and dogs on the grill, macaroni salad and chips, and cold Miller Lite.

Of course, I haven't forgotten the true meaning of Memorial Day. Just my way of "remembering".
