Blue UFO above Netherlands

This video in in Dutch and I surmise the following event. It can also be found here.

Smits was videotaping a boat on a canal and spotted a blue object hovering in the sky. It looks a like a classic flying saucer except that it is blue. The UFO moved slightly so that its structure seemed a little less like a flying saucer and, perhaps, more man made. The view displays what could be a cockpit on the right side image.
