My day is again ruined (at least for a moment). The IMBD data on Kill Bill 3 has been up there for years now, ever since QT said he'd do it and then changed his mind. So....maybe you and he can kick, I mean, talk, some sense into Tarantino and get him to go forward (there is always hope!).

Hi,

Do you think that aliens are humans from the future?

Thanks

Nope, But I do believe they could possibly be dimensional.

Welcome!

And I'm glad to see that you have this view. My personal opinion is, that our bodies are just shells housing something much more complex than we can quantify, in our human form. And that we are somehow stuck/trap in these human forms.

Lots of talk of OBE's and Astral Travel here on ATS.

I think a film maker that could somehow pull some case histories together and try to link dimensional travel, OBE's, and similar will have a massive hit on their hands, but it would have to be done with care.

Would you consider another film?

Regards,

RT

Actually I'm working on exactly that concept now. It's time for it.
QHHT / Hypnotic Regression is at the core of this.

We are more that these bodies, We are more that these machines. I agree with you entirely. I would encourage any of your friends on this forum who also understand the universe is open that I would love to meet and talk to them, hear their stories. Specifically people who talk about Astral Travel.

I'll ask Lawrence next time I see him what the real deal is and get back to you.

You could be correct in those assumptions. Maybe the Pleiades is just that, too young for life. But, looking through a telescope and trying to sum up a solar system is awfully presumptuous.

You could say the same thing about looking at cells under a microscope and presuming to know anything about them, yet modern medicine is based on that. Without that we'd have no idea what bacteria, virus and other things were, much less DNA, genes, etc.

Observation and repeatable observation and measurement are the basis of scientific progress.

We barely know what is going on here on earth at the bottom of our oceans.

Because we don't know about something doesn't mean we should throw out that which we know about something else.

We disprove scientific theory daily.

That's part of the process of science to figure out something new we often learn something we overlooked. That doesn't invalidate what we know. It strengthens what we know.

It was a well accepted concept the earth was flat only a few hundred years ago.

Not by scientists. Of course back then those people were not called scientists were called other names (natural philosophers, illuminati, heretics).

I'm no longer a skeptic, I've seen too much now.

Have you've seen someone get abducted? Skepticism is not a bad thing when dealing with the unknown. Otherwise we fall for anything. You have every right to be skeptical of unbelievable tales for that reason. Extraordinary claims demand extraordinary -evidence-

But do you believe in life on other worlds?

Of course. Most scientists do.

As I said, I'm an Astrobiology major. If I didn't strongly suspect life on other worlds existed I would never have chosen this path. We'll soon have hard evidence of life on other worlds within the next 30 years likely due to "looking through a telescope and trying to sum up solar systems'. We can learn this by analyzing their atmospheres.

I hope to be a part of that.

We presume life exists on other worlds, and may even be common due to all we've learned about the universe in the last 50 years.

If we find plentiful free oxygen on an exoplanet it's nearly impossible it would exist without life since oxygen is highly reactive and like to bond with other elements.

If we find free oxygen something has to be constantly providing it. The only something which we know that can do that is life.

This is how we'll find it (the example below of course is the Earth from NASA's EPOXI mission which looked at what we could learn about the Earth from tens of light years away with future space telescopes). Answer: We could detect our oceans and forests.

Just because life may be common does not mean advanced life would come here to abduct people. There aren't many good, logical reasons a species which can traverse the enormous distances between the stars would have to abduct people from one small part of North Carolina.

Welcome friend, and just a quick one to say thank you very much for coming here and sharing your insight into your experiences

I only have one question at the moment,

The lights you saw and made a film about, are you 100% sure they were alien in nature and if so, why? What brought you to that conclusion. Your film, is it based on 100% fact and have you used your own footage of what you say in the film?

Kindest regards,

S

Thank you so much for your welcoming words Spiro

I'm not 100% sure The Brown Mountain Lights are alien in nature, but the amount of abductions associated with the lights have made it compelling to connect it together.

Can you give a few examples of abduction cases related to the Lights?
I live about an hour from those mountains, and NEVER HEARD of a SINGLE abduction case related to the Brown Mountain Lights

My family live in the Boone, and Banner Elk Area and have since the 70's. You might know the Robert and Lilian Turchin Center for Visual Arts at Appalachian State. That's my grandparents.

So I worked with a really nice guy at a place called THE GREAT TRAIN ROBBERY in Banner Elk, NC. It took him several years to warm up to me but once he did he shared a story with me about being abducted around the Brown Mountain Lights. I didn't believe him at all. I thought he was just a crazy person, but as I started digging into it more and more people had similar stories. They don't openly share their stories, because of ridicule and loss of their livelihood. And since I've made this film more and more people in the area have shared similar experiences with me.

I'm going to start video taping all of them and put out a mini documentary on it.

Best
Matty

Hi Mr Beckerman & welcome to ATS!

I am looking forward to seeing your movie & was hoping
for the "Alamo Draft House" with the big screen in Winchester VA.

I just wanted to thank you for your time coming here & answering
questions. I am from N East TN & know of these lights but unfortunately
the few times I passed through I never saw them.

I might have info you may possibly be interested in so I will contact
you through your site. I just wanted to give you a heads up coming
from an ATS member.

Cheers

I have actually shared a few of mine, especially my first one because it was involuntary and it scared the crap out of me.

Here is a link to the thread if you are interested in the story. It was only the beginning of my journey.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

There is actually lots of common things/symptoms, that happen just before our soul/energy separates from the physical body that have been discussed here on ATS, afterwards the interesting stories vary.

If you would like to speak sometime I would be happy to share my experiences.

I have read, watched and/or heard about many UFO cases but I am not familiar with 'Brown Mountains Lights', can anyone show me a link about it?

And since I don't know this case, my question will be general.. - Many people (aka Vallee proponents) talk about 'Mind Control' by the gov - not only the whole Alien Phenomenon but that ABDUCTIONS are also some sort of control of human mind that makes the abductees feel they are abducted by aliens (like the mushrooms that when consumed can cause such visions).

Question:

Based on 'Brown Mnts Lights', and considering how many 'Alien cases' are actually military UFOs, what do you think about the abductees? Like I said, not familiar with the incident but I read abductees are involved, so do you think these abductees have been actually abducted or someone was playing with their mind?

Excellent thread.

Thank you for taking the time to share you knowledge with us!

My question:

Setting aside any "I tend to keep an open mind to all possibilities," what do YOU think is going on/what's your personal 'answer' to this phenomenon?

Hopefully that made sense. I'm curious as to what your opinion on this phenomenon is.

Once again, thanks for the time. I'll be sure to check out your film!

The perfect example is what we do as humans to other species. We capture, study, tag, and release animals in the wild all the time. They are the Crocodile hunter. They are Sea World. They are marine biologists. Whatever the reasons, Abduction is happening.

Hello, and Welcome!

I am soooo excited to see you on "Ask Me Anything"!!
I look forward to seeing your film. I tried to watch from the link, but it wouldn't load. Guess I'll have to wait 'til the movie comes out.

You're offering a lot of good informative links in the thread. I'll check them out when I have more time. Can't wait to look over all this; I'm a big UFO enthusiast!

I have a friend who does a weekly global contact event via his website. He has described seeing the "energy beings" too. Not all ETs are in the form of a body as we know it. Some do appear as orbs, or an energy mass, as you have described on Brown Mountain.
Here is his website, if you ever want to contact him: www.the-starpeople.net...

I've been to Blue Ridge Pkwy. several times, but I didn't know about Brown Mountain.
As a matter of fact, I used to live at the foot of the Pkwy. for a short time back in the mid '70s. I wish I had known then so I could have looked for the lights. I can always go back though; it's only a couple of hours from where I live now.
Another thing to add to my list of things to do.

I have had my own experiences with UFOs and missing time, so any new information is always welcome.

I completely agree with you about abduction. We are being studied, some of us are being taken and studied. I know Don Dondieri has also come to the same conclusion. Thanks for offering your time today, and good luck with the movie!

Welcome Marty. I am a small time filmmaker, so I appreciate anytime a fellow filmmaker gets to share insights.

This might take a little long but let me share with you something that happened.

While working at a factory that made computer resistors, several things happened that year. First that year we were told by WHIO 7 in Dayton, Ohio that Wright-Patterson was to be placed on the list of base closures. Several months later it was announced that the Dayton Peace Accords were taking place there.

During that same week I witnessed lights hovering in the air between the town I worked and where I lived. This was at night. Just days before this incident, I was stopped at the crossing into Indiana from Ohio by one highway worker and an Ohio state trooper parked on the Indiana side. I was asked for my identification and where I lived. When I asked the highway worker why, he pointed to the trooper's car who then flashed his lights at me. I did not give my identification. Then several days after witnessing the lights, the news was reporting a crop circle in a town just north of us.

The factory I worked at had government contracts that only people given clearance were allowed into that part. Wright-Patterson somehow missed the base closings, it still remains open.

I grew up 60 miles north of Dayton and would regularly witness strange lights coming in patterns. I feel as though the government has been keeping this silent and the government used Wright-Patterson in this. I am not so much into rumors, but there is enough anecdotal evidence out there and we have to keep talking about this.

Thank you for coming to ATS.

Thanks so much for posting.

There is a bunch of government coverup going on around Brown Mountain as well. It's all related to the larger agenda, we may never know what that is until full disclosure.

Best
Matty

Question about the claims of Grey/Zeta involvement. What would then be the consensus regarding the two main theories as to their agenda in this particular case: (A) malevolent - hybridizing humans to "capture their souls" [for their own selfish reasons] or (B) benevolent - "upgrading" the human race [to prepare us for future involvement with other superior star races]?
