This could go into quite a few different forums but thought I would put it here... My apologies if this is not in the right forum :

Amazing new images taken from space appear to show something swimming below the surface of the world's most famous loch.

There had been fears that Nessie could have died after more than a year without a verified sighting.

But today's fresh pictures have again peaked the excitement of Nessie enthusiasts everywhere - especially after experts ruled out the possibility it is a sunken ship.

Full story here : www.express.co.uk...

Personally I see a photoshopped boat... what do you see?

Let the discussion begin...

Kindest respects

You are correct... photoshop... boat with wake, boat removed.

Kind of looks like a super sized bullhead to me. Maybe it is possible that there is some species of fish that could grow this big....something to do with environment and genetics. It seems to be harmless though. There are some big fish in Lake Superior, it's like hooking onto a submarine when you get one. A snag that slowly moves....could also be some big turtles.

This could be a hoax also or a natural underwater sandbar.

Oh, I sympathize with you on that search function issue.

That looks more like a Megalodon shark to my eyes lol, it could be many things, even to Pareidolia. Although I am certain there are creatures on Earth that even humans are unaware of.

People on another thread (which I can't seem to find now) were of the opinion that it looked very much like the popular tropical aquarium fish Plecostomus. It is close.

The second I saw this picture I could see it was a top down picture of a boat creating white wakes
Seriously.. who can´t see that, have the avenge IQ dropped to minus 1000

Well.. hmmm... that would be a darned big fish

Although I would still go for PS of a boat similar to Spacespiders response.

Although as I was typing my previous response, others posted while I was typing. It is easy to see where there was a ship in the picture if you look.

If you look at the pic not zoomed in you can see other boats around that give you a reference for how large this wake would be....the boat would have to be massive, in the 200-300 foot range, and would easily be seen. The way you drew it in your pic, that boat would not even be in this lake...WAY too big.

Looks like a very big boat. That for some reason google has photoshopped out. Here is another aeriel shot of something similar on Loch Ness (reportedly between 1945 and 1950 (see screen cap). Made me wonder though, how long have Google actually been imaging the earth ???

Never said it was a dino...just don't think it could possibly be a boat that big on that lake though the post above with the overlay makes it appear it could be.

it looks pretty much like a Space Shuttle with the nose & wings...being the most tell-tale shapes
with a lot of extra noise in the image to make it seem real

a Space Shuttle outline will be easier to 'see' now that you have been triggered to expect to 'see' it in the noisy image

in any event the image here is not of a 'classic' long necked, Pleseosaur (sp)

Now the question is... Why a classic long necked Plesiosaur?...

did anyone click the link to see the size of it? i did. it's obviously NOT A BOAT. however, i doubt it is the infamous nessie. it does look like something under the surface of the water but we could speculate about 100 different things it could be. ALIENS for one.

personally, i like mysteries like this and think it's a total buzz kill when everyone screams FAKE. can't we just have some fun?
