There's no independent experimental confirmation of any of the T.T. Brown stuff.

It would have been seen somewhere else a long time ago: high voltage capacitors are not unknown to engineering.

Chemistry
A paper from the Naval Research Lab (Willauer et. al. 2010) outlines the process. Seawater is broken into hydrogen and oxygen through electrolysis; the oxygen is vented off and the hydrogen is retained. At the same time, CO2 is captured from a much larger volume of seawater. The CO2 is converted to carbon monoxide at first, then to hydrocarbons through the Fischer-Tropsch process. Chemically it looks like this:
34 H2O → 34 H2 + 17 O2 (Electrolysis)
11 CO2 + 11 H2 → 11 CO + 11 H2O (Reverse water gas shift)
11 CO + 23 H2 → C11H24 + 11 H2O (Fischer-Tropsch)
Combined, the process sums to:
11 CO2 + 12 H2O → C11H24 + 17 O2
That C11H24 you get at the end is the jet fuel.

Isnt that sort of like saying what proof do you have that pink elephants dont exist? The only proof you would have is no one ever saw one.

Hi All:

As this is my first post hopefully it goes without too much ridicule or discontent. I'm simply a lonely surveyor content with watching disclosure happen from giants shoulders (Zaphod58). I hope I haven't crossed established lines with asking this question, as I didn't spend much time reading the user agreement page. If I have made transgressions please feel free to flame on. I will learn from my mistakes.

"What if we've (homo-sapiens) been developing aerial platforms that don't negate gravity so much as mass"? Would mass reduction of any vehicle reduce inertial constraints on the platform and possible occupant/occupants? Would the theorized mass reduction of said craft have to fall between ~0 and ~20% of Newtonian mass to make any difference? Does anyone happen to know the mass differential equations associated with this idea?

Anyways, just a layman's thought; I literally have no idea what I'm talking about.... Seriously.
