Opposite the face of Jesse Ventura, on the right side edge, there are the letters OTG, which stands for "Off The Grid".

ABP doesnt seem to show the background as blockable for me. Any ideas?

It's pretty #ing annoying and I'd like it gone.

Though the filename has a number in it so I expect this harassment to continue with the appearance of otg(1-4) and possibly 6-99.

I figure Ventura is eyeballing monkeyboy from the background...

It'd be nice, if there is some kind of ATS/Ventura relationship, if he decides to hang out here sometimes. Maybe with his own forum, like Jim Marrs (some good threads in the Marrs forum!).
