confirmation email for new member

Hi, I have a friend who signed up for ATS yesterday but they are yet to receive a confirmation email and they can't log in to the account they created. Does anyone have any idea how long becoming a member takes now??

She might have a good spam filter...tell her to look at her spam mail and it might be there.

If the email isn't in the spam filter have your friend try it again. The same thing happened to me. The first time I tried to sign up I didn't realize I had to scroll down so when I did the little "captcha" part and pressed enter I thought that was it. I tried again two days later and realized there was another button to push, did that, and got the email within a minute.

Thank you both so much for replying! No email in the junk/spam folder so they are now going to try signing back up again......hopefully that will do the trick!
