Fewer Americans now describe themselves as supporters of the Tea Party movement than did at the height of the movement in 2010, or even at the start of 2012. Today's 22% support nearly matches the record low found two years ago.
Notably, while Tea Party supporters and activists may not be fully satisfied with the GOP, they feel just as negatively as Republicans do about the Democratic Party

Being 17 trillion in debt I really don't have an issues with any group who want to push fiscal discipline, regardless of political ideology.

That's a fact.Maybe he ran back to ask his handler for another link or something. I guess thread dumps are OK now, minimum input from the OP, one link and adios amigos.
As far as the Tea Party is concerned I don't think there would be such a fuss about them from the left or the right unless they were scared. The old guard should be scared and it ain't over till the fat lady sings.

Ok, here's a perspective from the UK. The overall view of the Tea Party here is that they're nuts and that they're driving the Republicans so far to the right that they'll be banning the word 'left' soon.

You really don't get what's happening here do you? That's OK hopefully the Tea Party will eventually overcome and crush the old GOP and the republicans will be no more.
For the record we don't care what the perspective is from the UK. We have our own perspective but thanks for playing.
