PS, keep an eye on the Writ Quo Warrento filed in NY by a constituted common law grand jury. Do you hear the fat lady singing? Wait until people realize constituted grand juries ARE the forth branch of government, at least in the US. Dont beleive me, look what Justice Scalia himself said about them.

I did say several posts back that I made this thread to discuss what happened to the Natives, and that Canada, Vatican & Crown were guilty of genocide; I didn't post to discuss Annett.

The thread was hi-jacked by throwing stones at Annett, and the issue of the guilty parties was thrown to the wayside.
That was my reason for saying that I felt some of these members were working for either one, or all, of those guilty.
But, of course, they denied it.

I'm not convinced.

Accusing other members of being paid or working for one party or the other is a violation of the T&C's Sled...... Some of us are just sick of Annett's BS party with regards to this and unfortunately he taints any discussion with his sensationalism of what really happened which has been documented and put to rest by both of the real parties involved in it.. that's been the point all along.

Canada paid reparations, and apologized to the injured parties, and they did it publicly, the injured parities accepted said and everyone has moved on, except Kevin Annett who keeps trying to make it an issue so that he can claim he dissolved the Dominion of Canada and replaced it with some new country called Kanata... That's the problem with this topic, he has turned it into something it isn't all to promote himself..

That is why I respond, not because I am paid by any party to, nor do I work for any of them, I live in the United States of America, and work for the North Slope Borough of the US State of Alaska.. I have no real care what the hell happens and how Canada deals with it's issues other than the fact that Annett is a moron..

Either you honestly do not know that the "trial" is Annett's kangaroo court, which is completely without legal basis or legitimacy, the proceedings or outcome of which are 100% pointless, or you're deliberately promoting a hoax, in violation of ATS T&C.

I have also, not violated any T&Cs for posting an article that is available on this subject, that has not been proven a hoax.

There IS a trial coming up this coming Monday. Let's wait and see how that turns out.

There is no such thing.

You people seem to think that "Common Law" means that anyone can convene a "court", charge anyone they want with a crime, convict them in absentia and without evidence and then arrest and incarcerate them. Try that, and you'll find yourself in jail for kidnapping and/or unlawful imprisonment.

Here's what "Common Law" actually means, and you'll see that is nothing to do with such kangaroo courts or other vigilanteism.

A "common law system" is a legal system that gives great precedential weight to common law, on the principle that it is unfair to treat similar facts differently on different occasions. Non-governmental entities, such as Kevin Annett, have no authority to issue laws, conduct trials, and arrest and imprison people. He knows that full well, never having tried to arrest the Pope or the Queen himself (but having sent stooges to attempt such, some of whom then found themselves under arrest,) but it appears that there are still gullible prats who don't know any better and resist all attempts at education.

I'm not feeling guilty just think that you promoting the fraud trial (the trial is being held by Annett so you can't discuss IT without discussing HIM) is akin to promoting a hoax... You also stated quite clearly that you felt anyone that has responded against this trial must be working for the other side, that encompasses anyone that doesn't agree and as such is a blanket statement accusing people.

There IS NO TRIAL, there is only MR ANNETT'S ONE PERSON ORGANIZATION GETTING SOME PEOPLE TOGETHER AT DENNY'S TO DECIDE A CASE THAT THEY THEMSELVES CALLED A TRIAL ON. NO OFFICIAL ORGANIZATION IS HOLDING ANY SORT OF TRIAL NOT ONE PERSON ON THE WITNESS LIST IS FLYING TO ANNETT TO TESTIFY..

Let's take a random 250 kids that died in 1909 from tuberculosis while in Residential Schools.

Whom do you propose to prosecute for those deaths? Kevin Annett suggests that Pope Francis, the Queen of England and the current Prime Minister of Canada, Stephen Harper, should be arrested, tried and convicted for those deaths over a hundred years ago. In Harper's case, they died fifty years before he was born. That does not seem reasonable.

So, who's on your hit list?
