EMP Attack alone wont be enough.

The Superpowers of the world will use EMP attack on american in combination with massive hacking attack disabling american computer systems and then activating the buried / hidden suit-case nukes in every major american cities that was already in US soil and will be activated by sleeper agents.

Not long ago the russians admits they lost several (almost a hundred) of their Suit-Case sized Atomic Demolition unit , People in the intelligence knew this really is a threat from russia saying that these missing suitcases will be activated on demand if Washington really go with their 'first strike' scenario against russia and china.

Chinese also looking for ways to deliver nukes into US soil, the intelligence community from US recently studied possibility of US Bound container ships with hidden nukes on board set for detonation on major US port cities , which is limited in its numbers but still devastating in term of asset and human casualties.

EEMP= Enhanced Electromagnetic pulse weapon is much more effective than the EMP.

Protect your electronics from being damage using a double faraday cage container.

The metal or screen containers being of different sizes will resonates and separate two different frequencies and not allow the inductive energy of most all of the EMP to past.

You must also provide insulator space between the tow containers.

If you ham radio is connected to your antenna it will fry the components.

Same thing with the power line connections to anything in your home.

The energy is so high that it will jump across all switching devices as well as surge protectors.

A solar CME will do the same but you should have two or three days of warning.

At this time there are several countries that already have EEMP weapons in orbit and they can be deployed is just a few hours time.

Plan ahead to have key electronic equipment protected.

Yes! You can and you may test that out by using a small transistor radio placed inside the oven and see if plays while inside, but if you use the oven try to cut or remove the power cord on a junk oven you may find at Goodwill stores.

Great idea!

The US has some experience dealing with an EMP attack.

The great NYC blackout is rumored to have been caused by an EMP 'test.'

No, US have no experience and capability to prevent EMP attack. No nation has the capability.

It is a bigger risk than nuclear first strike because there's is no counter for EMP attack even by non-state actors

Not preventing, dealing with. The blackout might have been part of a social experiment too....

FB is not the first and won't be the last time, the masses are unknowingly subjected to an experiment.

Empress 2 was the last time I heard of any test being conducted at the NC coast off shore.

They built a barge that had a very large antenna that could generate extremely high EMP output.

The military knows of the potential danger but has failed to warn the general dumb public.

All electric line service is you worst point of danger if you are plugged into the power grid, you will most likely suffer a loss of components.
